Paul did a great job. I planned on a service visit which turned into Paul finding a crack and leak in my air conditioning unit in my attic. So glad the leak was caught in time and didn't do major damage!

Jason and Gerardo were excellent. Both professional and friendly. We had them out for 2 separate jobs. Review A/C coolant from an A/C move they did last month and re wiring for a hot tub move we did. It was quick, easy, and painless. Also, shout out to Dawn, she was able to adjust scheduling as we had a delay with a new concrete pad for the hot tub and she was able to reschedule Jason and Gerardo easily. Thank.you Top Shelf.

The Tipping Hat crew showed up on time and looking professional for an air conditioning unit installation. I received a 4 ton downstairs unit to compliment the 2.5 ton existing unit upstairs. Throughout the install, the crew was very professional and communicative. Very pleased with the entire job as well as the price as compared to the competitors. Would highly recommend Tipping Hat and would definitely use them again!

What a nightmare I had at my house but Pedro and Bruce tackled the job with confidence and completed a job roto rooter charged $400 for and didn’t do anything. Pedro is a master plumber and is the right guy to handle the job! Thanks you Pedro!

The first time I used them was a great experience. Second time, not so much. Had an emergency and called them at 8:30 on a Saturday night. They took my call and said a dispatcher would call to arrange for a technician to come out. Two hours later no call. I called back and no one new anything. Waited another hour and still nothing. Called a third time no new info. They finally called back to say that no one could come out until the morning. At this point all of my other usually plumbers had closed for the evening. Awful customer service when it counts. I recommend finding someone else. I know I will be.

Ali is very honest and his prices are affordable. We had 2 other places look at our air conditioner & give us quotes. I don't know how I found him, but Ali came out, laughed at what the other guys said, & expertly fixed the problem for half the price. Seriously, he saved us thousands of dollars!!

The service tech arrived very quickly, actually much more quickly than originally estimated, which the dispatcher cleared with us first. He got right to work and resolved our problem in a short time.
