Best Furnace Repairs in Aurora CO

We were told by one technician that there was a crack in the heat exchanger of our furnace, which we accepted. We ordered a replacement furnace and when the second technician arrive to install, he decided to reexamine the furnace, and determined that the heat exchanger was intact after all, and the furnace did not need replacing. He saved us $8,000.00. Very pleased!

Our tech offered multiple options after diagnosing the problem then fixed it as agreed. He went out of his way to make sure that we are satisfied when he was done with the main call.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance to have our evaporator cooler turned on. Day of the appointment, Bell Air no called & no showed. They still have yet to return a call on a new time slot to reschedule. This was the same company we paid thousands of dollars with a year ago to install. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time with this organization, once they have your money, they do not care. Totally unprofessional.

Worst service ever. They gave me a quote over the phone for a very standard job(replacing a kitchen sink), but when the plumber came he said it would cost much more than the quote given. After that, he explained that if he damages my countertop this would not be his responsibility. I called the office to clarify the situation and the clerk transferred me to a voice mail and stopped answering my phone calls…

Right when I called Quality First I knew I chose the correct service when I was greeted by the sweetest Representative, Kristi. She was kind, efficient and just a pleasure to deal with. I was immediately placed on their schedule. My service was provided by Sam and Zack. Both were very respectful of my home, my time, and my home business. They were so friendly and Sam was VERY informative. He walked me through all of his observations and they offered 3 options for service. I am very happy with the service I received from Quality First and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience this week with the replacement of our AC compressor unit. The installation was fast, clean, and our house is cool again. We appreciated the good and clear communication as well as the quick response time to both assess the issue and then make the repair/installation.

Although the plumber gave a misdiagnosis of our issue at first, Jim Needham plumbing refunded all of the charges. I will definitely use them again as they will guarantee that your problem is fixed before they charge you. That definitely gives me a feeling of trust in this business and their team.

Tony was awesome. One of the best experiences I have ever had. My heater was out on a cold day and he came out right away.

He spent several hours making sure everything was fixed and fixed completely. He even checked the carbon monoxide levels after everything was done. His price was reasonable and fair.

You won’t find a better or more trustworthy plumber.

Our sewer backed up yesterday(Saturday) and Vincent was abled to clean it out and unplug it. He was great! I appreciated his expertise and the fact he even cleaned up the drain in our laundry room. Thank you for sending him!

I've always like the service that they provided have a brand new furnace but I did disagree with the service man today I was never told upon receiving my new furnace that I am supposed to change a filter once a month🤔 I did put in a call to Home Depot and explain what was going on with my furnace they also did not agree that I need to change my filter once a month.. I will take their advice and change my filter because my furnace is barely a year old and the way I was explained from Home Depot it shouldn't have went out with just a dirty filter.. I will continue to look further into this new furnace situation but overall I've always had good service from the plumbing people and will continue to do business with them
