Needed emergency repair of leak in natural gas line to house. Bell got a plumber out to us same day and completed repair quickly. Plumber made sure all appliances were working correctly and that air in the system was purged so we wouldn't have issues with any of our appliances.Bell has always come through for us in the past and did so again this time!Another awesome service call from Bell. I would whole heartedly recommend them for service of AC, Furnace, plumbing and electrical. Their techs are fantastic, explain everything clearly and do a fantastic job.

We have always used the same plumbing service but, after repeated redos of jobs done and unrealistic pricing, we decided to make a change. We called Quality First based on some of the reviews we have seen and were not disappointed. Carson and Matt came on time, assessed the situation, gave us a few options and let us decide what was best for us, considering our budget. Then they went to work and fixed our leaking pipes, replaced our leaking valves, and cleaned up after themselves. I called Jim Needham on the coldest day in years (-24 deg F) right before Christmas as my furnace had stopped working. They showed up a couple hours later got it running and gave me an estimate on a new furnace and A/C unit. Price was reasonable and a few days later, Roy, Shawn and Jose showed up on time and installed a new furnace and A/C. All 3 were very professional, answered all of my questions and got it done in a day ( including new duct work in places and removing unused humidifier). These guys were great and I highly recommend them and Jim Needham Services!

Initially, I booked an appointment online for having my drain un-clogged on a Saturday morning. Since I did not receive an email confirmation, I phoned and found that somehow I had booked the appointment for the following week. Kelly fixed the appointment an notified the technician. The technician called me shortly thereafter to advise that he would be here in 30 minutes.He arrived on time, was very polite and professional, did his work quietly and effectively, then cleaned up the work area after. No surprise charges. Plumbline observes usage of COVID protection. Great care was taken to protect my home from soiling by the technician and the equipment. I could not be more satisfied!

7/10/20 Update - Since writing my initial review (roughly 8 months ago), Tony has come back out three times to provide additional plumbing services (it's an old house). Each time, Tony has been highly professional and provided excellent service. Tony is our plumber of choice!

Tony was professional, prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. He took care of our old house's leaky faucet efficiently and for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling him again.

Very impressed with the service and communication I received even prior to my appointment. I called Done Plumbing and Heating, set the date and time and it was DONE! I had called AAA Plumbing and Heating, made an appointment and the contacted me 4 times to keep moving my appointment back all the way out to July 23rd???Got reminders from Done which was great and Andy showed up promptly!The service was top notch, Andy showed and explained everything!He was professional and very pleasant.I will need a total new HVAC system in the future and I will definitely be calling Done Plumbing and Heating!

Waited 4 days for an appointment With a 4 hour window between 8:00 a.m. and noon, took the day off to be home and nobody showed up or called. I called them was told somebody would be here at 2pm, nobody showed up, nobody called.... called them again got disconnected. Called them again was put on hold for 30 minutes was told they tried to call me to let me know that they weren't gonna be able to make it and rescheduled me in 2 more days... unsat!!!! Asked the agent if there was anything they could do to get someone out she tried but nothing... just horrible experience!!!!

Denver Plumbing Consultants are great guys. Have used them twice now. They were fair when the issue was diagnosed very quickly they did not charge the whole hour fee. They fixed my boiler valve quickly a few days later for a reasonable fee.
