Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. They know what they are doing. They aren't the least expensive, but they are the most trust-worthy. That is worth triple the fee.

Andrei did a great job. He was very professional and smart. He advised me to address other things around the house that did not concern him like removing a hose to keep it from freezing. We were very happy with his work.

Ruben and his team came highly recommended by another heating company and I was pleased with their service. They replaced a water heater with a better quality heater than the previous one we had. That same evening we smelled gas (after the installation) and called the energy company. They identified the leaks in our system and found it was not directly related to the water heater. I called Flow-Rite early the next morning and they arrived within an hour to resolve the issues. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was up to code and that all repairs were complete. They even found another leak the energy company didn't. I would highly recommend them, too!

We've found our new plumbers! We had an extensive project, making a basement bathroom from a washroom. Pipe it Up gave us a thorough and affordable quote. Viktor was our man. He had excellent communication throughout the project, was punctual and respectful throughout, and offered advice and insight when appropriate (which we needed). As well, we had numerous planning questions previous to the project and Rashad was timely and helpful with responses. We'll be using Pipe It Up again, possibly in the near future for another similarly big project.
