Asked for a quote on replacing a ball valve and was repeatedly told I needed a whole backflow system replacement and got a $475 + a pushy $12k furnace and AC upsell quote. It was a 10min job and $12 to replace the ball valve.

Not sure if it’s incompetence or malicious but either way I wouldn’t recommend them.

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

I called on a Sunday morning to have someone look at the leak coming from under my dishwasher that eventually made its way to my basement. I spoke with Bruce to schedule the appointment and he was as kind as could be. Art came out that afternoon and thoroughly explained where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it. He attempted to unclog the drain in my laundry room from all the leaking water but was unable to due to it being an OLD house and having a blockage in the way. Regardless, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
I highly recommend!

Saw lots of good reviews and the fact that he was based less than a mile from me.. Called at 10am on a Tuesday, described a basic sink issue needing repair. Said he could come by that day. I waited til 5pm and after no contact and him not showing up I and called asking if he was still planning to come. He told me he'd just spoken with me on the phone and had rescheduled, which was not the case. Must have had customers mixed up. A simple enough mistake, nothing worth being upset over. So in an effort to be accommodating, I said rescheduling was fine in any case. He offered a 3-5pm time slot the next day, I said that was great. The entire day went by and I called again at 530 to see if he was still coming. He assured me that he was, but in fact never showed up or contacted me to say he was lost or ran out of time, or anything.

Seems like he decided the small repair I needed wasn't worth his time, but couldn't be bothered to tell me he didn't want the work. Its his choice, that's fine. Just wish he would have been up front about it instead of wasting my time for two days.

Leon was great? He was very responsive to our needs. He arrived when he said he would and most of all, he was honest! If you need a Plumber, I highly recommend Leon at Royalty Plumbing!

We called Sharon late one night after discovering an outdoor pipe had burst. He was extremely accommodating, and was able to fix our problem despite it being late in the night. Sharon was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using his company in the future!

Mike replaced our water heater and was fantastic. Highly recommend! I interact with a lot of contractors and he was personable, efficient, and didn’t mansplain anything to me (ladies, you know what I mean). Our existing water heater starting leaking and it was determined it was faulty. It was covered under the manufactures warranty, however, I needed someone to remove the old one and install the new one. I called Parker Plumbing and Heating and the replacement was installed the next day. Great and friendly customer service. Their work was excellent and quick. They cleaned up after the new heater was installed and even tidied up the existing drain lines. Very pleased with this company and they will be my go-to plumber for future needs. Highly recommended.
