Devon was very professional, did a great job not only on the work he performed, but also explaining the work that needed to be done.

I normally don't do reviews, but for this I must pay it forward. I just needed my shower valve repaired after I broke the handle off it today, no problem right, well Richard and Ian were dispatched to my house when I called to set the appointment, really, when does that ever happen. So, I leave work and meet them at my house all is good with shower easy fix and upgrade, based off Richard's recommendation. We'll, on the way out I had Richard check my stove connection that I did myself, just to be sure, Richard didnt find a leak at the connection I did but he did find one behind the work I did and several other possible issues and some faulty craftsmanship from the previous owner which was incredibly dangerous to my health and safety of my family. Richard wrote up an estimate and is returning tomorrow to redo all the gas lines in entire home, again, next day service for this size and cost is amazing, way to go, Brothers and to Richard and Ian Thank You

Marian was the best. He put in our new water heater and took the old one out. He was super fast and very efficient. You need to hire him any time you have plumbing needs.

Darrell was fantastic. Installed two ceiling fans perfectly; he was on time and was great to work with.

I'm in CA, but with just 2 easy phone calls their professional team removed and replaced a water heater in our investment property in Lakewood. Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Chris McQuistion did a great job repairing my reported issue and completing the annual maintenance for my boiler. He was consultative and didn’t rush me as we discussed my long term plans for my home ad how these repairs fit into the equation. He is a valuable member to the Bell team.

I will use again, I called and they were able to come out the next day. I have not had any problems since!

LCM HOA called10/7 main line clogged and anyone on that line uses water it comes into my unit including dirty toilet water. 10/13 still not fixed

Called in the morning to have a base-board heat water pump repaired or replaced, Brian came out just a couple hours later, got the old pump removed, put the new one in, got the system back online before 5, and gave me a bit better understanding of my system and was happy to answer all my questions. Perfectly happy with the service I received. I will happily call Quality 1st the next time I have any plumbing needs.

I called him on a Tuesday for a tub leaking into my laundry room. He said to text him to confirm a time and he'll get back to me. Told me the next day at 8am that he could come by between 1-3pm. No call no show. I texted asking what time he thought he could come by. He apologized and said between 4-6. He then texted me at 5:50 saying he was 30 minutes from my house.

At 6:50 I finally told him I didn't want his services.

Much like that other 1 star review, feels like he decided my plumbing issue was too small to be worth his time.

I wish he would have just referred me to some one else. I took time off of work to be available and instead wasted 7+ hours of my day and evening.

Terrible company. Do not use. I have an emergency and they could care less. My water heater is literally leaking and causing water damage to my house and needs to be addressed immediately, but they don't do emergency things I guess. I unfortunately have to use my home warranty, who is equally as bad, Fidelity National Home Warranty, avoid them as well. They have tried to contact them and now that they can't they want to offer me a cash out that no one even remotely covers the little amount they want to give.
These people however, finally answered a phone call after me explaining that this leak is causing water damage to my home and mold and mildew. They finally said they could get someone out to drain and move it and would come back the next day or 2 to put in the new water heater. 3 hours later and literally over dozens of phone calls later, no is responding and no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. My water heater is still leaking and causing damage as I write this and I am also still dialing trying to get someone to answer. DO NOT call these people for anything. They will not show up and they could care less about their customer.
After reading the responses from their customer service team, let me head you off there. My warranty company may be terrible, but when they have already authorized you guys to do the work and refuse to call me back, answer any of my phone calls or answer the warranty company's phone call, the fault lies solely on you and your company. If you do not want to own up to your terrible business practices and customer services, don't hide behind the warranty company like you don't understand how to answer a phone or return a phone call. These issues from all of these reviews are on you.
