Awesome!!!I recently had work done on a leaky bathtub faucet by High5Plumbing. The office staff was polite and very informative. The service technician arrived on time and prepared to review the situation and go to work. I was provided with the pricing options, which I found to be competitive. The service technician performed excellent work which gives me confidence that the problem was fixed correctly and will not come up anytime soon. My mom had another drain cleaning company out to her house. She was told that they couldn't clear the line and that 8 feet of her main sewer line needed to be replaced (for a charge of over $5,000). I called Hyper Flow and they were able to get out to her house the same day for a second opinion. They were successful in getting the line cleared. We were completely blown away by the service provided by this company; they really went over and above for us and we greatly appreciate it. We would highly recommend this company. Very professional workmanship and communication. My sewer line needed to be replaced from the basement floor drain to the street. Very long difficult process to deal with but this company helped me get my home back as quickly as possible and did a great job doing so.

I was referred to this company from my home warranty company. I spoke with an older lady on the phone, she was super rude and they didn’t want to give me taken care of for four weeks. She then said she could do it within two weeks. I made the appointment and cancel it a day later because she was so rude. Do NOT work with them!!!
