I submitted a request form on their website to get a quote last week. I got a very sketchy email response that said I needed to deposit $1000 immediately before they could give me a quote. Do NOT respond to this email if you get it; this company does not ask for a deposit for a quote. The owner called me (after I posted the original review) and they are looking into the issue. I appreciated the immediate response and was able to get scheduled for an estimate soon.

Tipping had responded quickly to my call and investigated the water heater issue. But they quoted $5K to replace a 29 gallon water heater in an 800 SF condo. I called some others and had the work done by a different plumber for less than half that. I feel like they'll gouge you if they can. Will not call them back again.

We called to have our shower fixed. They no called/no showed THREE times while I received conflicting reports from management and dispatch as to whether or not the plumber was coming, the part was found, ordered, or acquired. Then when I took issue with the fact that they can’t even accurately report the status of my appointment they offered a $60 discount (on a nearly $700 job) without a date that they would be able to actually do the job. When I told them that was insufficient, the manager (Alyssa) offered a slightly larger discount contingent upon me leaving them a positive review. These people were serious! When I just decided to cancel the job because we need an operational shower and cannot wait on their admitted incompetence, she told me that THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE
ME 25% for canceling a job they already said they couldn’t do with any guarantee. Needless to say, I filed a claim with my bank and will go elsewhere. They are unorganized, unprofessional, and ridiculous for thinking their going to charge me $175 for a job they can’t do. I was referred to them by Action Appliance and I will be notifying them that Anywhere Rooter is a bad referral.

My hot water didn’t seem to be as hot as normal. I called Todd’s Water Heater Repair and they came out the following day. He looked it over and then he throughly explained to me what the problem was. And not just the price difference of replacing the water heater VS fixing the problem. I decided to fix the water heater. He fixed it the same day AND cleaned up his mess. I fully recommend Todd’s Water Heater Repair.

Great experience - they were very communicative and punctual. They came out to our house to replace old drainage pipes. I am very pleased with the work they did and we will definitely be using them in the future.
