Great and speedy service. Replaced my sewer ejector pump. Diagnosed the problem and had the new pump installed the next day. He was very tidy and knowledgeable as well. I will use them again!!

We had a leak in our water heater and I called Brothers to see if they could send someone out same day to help us figure it out. Johnny got here almost an hour earlier than I expected and did a great job! He replaced our very old water heater and even fixed a little pipe we needed adjusted. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!

They have done a few showers and vanities for us, great prices and great customer service, always on a timely basis, will keep working with them on our basement projects and bathroom remodels.

Called earlier in the week to schedule someone to come clear a slow drain in my shower. Was given a window of 8-11 am for the scheduled day. No call/no show (super cool when you take off work). Won't use this company again.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didn’t feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

I had a new countertop, sink and gas cooktop installed that needed some professional plumbing help to clean-up the assembly of the gas line and the p-trap/drain. It took a fair amount of creativity to fix both of those things and Jake was perfect for the job. I am thrilled with how functional both under cabinet spaces are now! We are very happy that we engaged Drains R Us to fix our hot water problem. Arch arrived on time as scheduled, and assessed our problems. He gave us a straight-forward understanding of what needed to be done and gave us a solid price to fix them. He offered to take time to immediately purchase a part at no charge to us because he didn't expect to need it, so didn't have it on his truck.
