Jacob did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done to unclog my kitchen sink and quoted me a reasonable price ($219). However, after he sent a cable in around 50 ft, the clog persisted. He immediately contacted his office and arranged for a technician with a camera to come out and, hopefully, isolate the problem so he could determine the best way to fix the problem. I fully expected to pay the agreed-upon price and was pleasantly surprised when Jacob told me there would be no charge, including the camera appointment! I will likely be back to write another review for the camera technician and, if necessary, other services performed. Thanks, A Better Plumber, you're definitely named appropriately!

Marc Rachal and his NextGen Plumbing company did outstanding work for us. They installed a new shower fixture, and four vanity sinks with new faucet fixtures. They did all of this on time and budget. They were very organized and left a clean worksite at completion. We recommend NextGen Plumbing.

Came out on short notice on a Saturday after my faucet replacement project revealed some bigger problems. Gave me a cheap option to fix it myself that might last a couple of years or two options for him to repair - one a low budget, short-term solution or one a permanent fix. We opted for the permanent fix and it was all done the same day. Would highly recommend.
