This company and their employees provide VERY high quality services that I can depend on. They also give warranties on all their work. They are a little more expensive but it's worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend them.

Another terrific service from Bell. Our drain from the kitchen area had issues (backing up). The camera showed an issue starting 1 foot in. The team of Adam, Josh, and Dylan cut through the foundation, found the break and identified the best way to fix the line. A neat job professionally done. Passed city/county inspection and repaired concrete. I’m a customer for life. Good employees = good service.

Bruce was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive and professional when fixing our shower head. He stayed to finish the job until almost 1030 pm; even though I feel most plumbers would have said that they needed to come back in the morning. Also, so personable, respectful, and cordial with everyone in my house, including my daughters. He had us all laughing by the end of the night; despite how late it was! We would definitely recommend Bruce and his team and will definitely be calling again if something else needs to be fixed!

We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.

Would have been a 5 but the higher cost seemed ridiculous. But I went ahead - mainly because I really liked Michael. He was a good man and knew what he was doing.

From the time I call in and make an appointment to working the onsite technicians.I plan on continuing to use them for all of my plumbing and heating needs.Done Plumbing is the Best!

We had a leak in the basement and not only were they very responsive and came within hours of us telling them about the issue, but they did a great job fixing it as well for a decent price. Highly recommend these guys!

Andy 2294 was helpful and courteous. Took care of the problem by running the snake down the main drain and the secondary. Took a while but got the clog cleared. I was told they would come out to do a camera inspection on a later date and I received a call to set it up. I told them I would have to make it for Saturday and they said that was fine and setup the appointment for a camera inspection. No one showed up on Saturday so I called in. They ended up hanging up on me during a transfer. On Monday someone called me that they were coming out for the camera appointment. I was at work and could not make it to meet them. They said someone would get back to me and hung up. No one ever got back to me for the camera inspection. So other than Andy being a great guy that got the problem resolved the rest of it sucked and I never got my camera inspection. It was also fairly pricey overall.
