We had the pleasure of getting Daniel sent to our house to help with a minor flooding issue connected with our mainline backing up, as well as replacing our water heater. He was extremely transparent and didn’t cold cut anything. On top of it he was very personable and professional and he did such a great job explaining everything. We were very lucky to have Daniel come to our home and accomplish everything that we needed in a timely manner. I highly recommend him and high 5 plumbing as they always give you a top notch experience!

I found Service Made Easy on Nextdoor and initiated contact via text. We are in a digital economy today and legacy plumbers that work strictly off phone calls don't get my business. I am busy and use digital communication channels. Kris was super compatible with this, giving me quotes, requesting pictures digitally all via text. This is the way.

I am a stickler for details and want to know exactly WHAT is going to be done on the repair and Kris was very attuned to that, explaining everything in very fine detail.

His quote beat all the other plumbers in the area and instead of other plumbers telling me a day and a time range, Kris gave me an exact time that he would show up and he was right on time with another plumber, Laith.

I was very concerned about drywall damage to the wall and Kris reassured me that the access they cut would be done in a very neat manner to make it easy for the drywall repair to take place. True to his word, the drywall removal was done with a high level of precision.

The issue was with two sink drains being too high. They were able to efficiently cut the pipes, lower them, install new P-traps, pitch the drains correctly and Laith even found the main vent pipe was under immense tension when the house was built, and he took care of that for no charge since it was an adjoining pipe. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

Laith even recommended a drywall company they have used in the past who showed up two days later and took care of the drywall repairs and texturing.

Super-fast, super professional, more modern acumen in plumbing knowledge than the older plumbers in the area who are critical and haven't kept up with the times. I also appreciated the high velocity on texting responses with accurate and fair pricing. Give them a shot for your next plumbing project, you will not be disappointed.

In a time when it's hard to get a call back or a confirmed visit from a plumber; Luther was quick to respond and schedule service. He quickly assessed my plumbing issue and got it fixed, and was kind enough to stick around for a couple more new-homeowner plumbing questions. Great experience. We had flooding in the basement. We called all the big name companies Rooter Roter, Benjamin Franklin that say they provide 24 hour emergency service; they don't. We continued our search, and found C4 Plunbing, they took our information and said they would be there in 45 minutes. Mark was the guy that came out, did a great job, explained the work that needed to be done and gave us the estimated cost. When he finished, the cost was actually less that what he said it would be. I would strongly recommend this company

It’s true what you’ve read about Royalty Plumbing and Leon. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and a real deal plumber. I called Leon with leak from my tub going into my basement at about 6pm and he came out that same evening to assist ( yes, I caused the issue myself when I picked up the “upgrade your bathtub” hardware set from Home Depot and tried to install the whole thing myself with zero plumbing experience). After identifying and fixing the leak (it was a heavy downpour), he asked me to call him the next day to ensure it was no longer dripping from my soaked ceiling and insulation in the basement. He also came back to ensure everything was good to go after I noticed a slow drip and walked me through the steps he’d taken and showed me where the previous leak had been, identifying the tub overflow as leaking due to a cracked/old rubber seal. His services were thorough and affordable. There’s a huge comfort knowing that I’ve found in Leon a plumber I can trust for anything and everything plumbing related. He wore a mask the entire time and held the baby gate for me each time we went up and down the stairs to the basement. Being a great plumber was enough to get the issue fixed, but being an old school gentleman was a great bonus!

He replaced my outside faucet and worked on two other faucets. Excellent service and good pricing. I will definitely use him again. Highly recommend.
