A happy customer. They were very experienced, and quickly fixed the issue. Explained clearly what the issue was. Very fair with their pricing. Will be using them again in the future.

If you need something, and they don’t have it. They can get it for you. If you’re a plumber, I would not recommend calling into the counter sales. Your order will always be missing parts, or have the wrong part. It sucks they won’t let you call the individual locations, but you can text them.

Joe and his team are a good group of guys. They showed up with mask and ready work. I appreciated all their hard work getting my new water heater installed in my attic.

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Reeves Family Plumbing did a great job finding and repairing a hot water leak under the floor in our house. We were dreading the repair, but they were so great to work with. We love working with a company that does what they say they will do. They showed up on time and kept us updated on what was going on each step of the process. Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. Set an appointment online received a call and negotiated an appointment for the next day only to receive another call saying they cannot come that day either. Highly unprofessional over promise and under deliver.

The work was done correctly, but the prices are unbelievably high, 250 over one leak, I had some one else fix several similar leak plus my sprinkler system for 150! There’s others for far cheaper I would not recommend this to anyone!
