Best Plumbing Services in Irving TX
Vsomething that wery honest plumber and great quality work. Instead of charging me to come out for something really simple, Mark just facetimed me and diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds that I was able to fix myself. You could never get that kind of service with a big plumbing company. Support local businesses!

James was our first and only call, he is awesome! We HAD a leaking tub drain & overflow pipe in one of the tightest areas between 2 floors and he knocked it out of the park. James was very polite, and so considerate of our home and time. We will never call anyone else again! 5 stars all the way around!!!

Great job and done well. Since we have moved up to Dallas, it has been difficult to find professional services that we can trust. Without a doubt, we can trust this company. We have called on them multiple times and referred them to family.

I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I support small businesses and this is the reason that we will continue to use this company for future repairs! Thank you Robert and crews!

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink I called AAA Auger to come and fix it. Luckily for me the pipe had just moved out of place. Lupe arrived with a mask and protective wear for my floors which I was happy to see. He explained that the pipe had simply moved out of place and with a turn he simply fixed it. Lupe was very knowledgeable in what had happened and with in five minutes it was repaired. Lupe was professional and quick to find the answer. Definitely would recommend Lupe for your plumbing needs.

Their drivers are reckless and will cause an accident one of these days. Around 5:15 PM, on Wednesday August 17, 2022, one of their drivers was observed failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicles, driving in excess of the posted speed limit by well over 10 mph, lane swapping in a dangerous manner, coming close to striking multiple other vehicles. I can't speak for their plumbing abilities but, if their driving is any reflection, I would not advise using this company.

I just wanted to share my experience with Reeves Family Plumbing! In the midst of 2021 Texas Snowmageddon, we unfortunately had a gas leak and our gas had to be shut off for safety. I frantically called over 2 dozen plumbing companies to help with our gas leak, but none were available. Understandably, all were booked from all the busted pipes in DFW.
Reeves Family responded within 24 hours and was able to send a plumber the following day to assess the leak. Within 48 hours they had an excavation team and plumber at my house to start doing the work. Lori, the company’s point of contact was so responsive and was able to explain to me step by step on what needs to be completed. Trust me all, a gas leak is no joke! It was a process to say the least, with the city inspector, plumber, and gas company involved. Lori ensured me every step of the way. After the work was completed the plumber walked and inspected thoroughly that everything was working properly. I am happy to report that I now have hot water, heat (when temp drops), and a functional stove!
P.S. I am not a spokesperson, an advertiser, promoter, or getting compensated for this. I am a nurse that just needed a hot shower in between my shifts. I was thoroughly impressed and thankful by the professionalism of this small business. Highly recommend!

There is a reason Pipe Doctor has 1 star ratings on some sites, and a 3.7 of 5 on Google. Josh Beck came to my house via OneGuard, my (now former) warranty company. He was rude, unprofessional and refused to do his job. The likely truth? Josh is about 50 pounds too heavy to have diagnosed the problem - as he'd have had to get under the house. I requested an average to slim plumber for that request - clearly nobody got the memo.
He claimed he needed authorization to go under the house - which OneGuard confirmed he did not.
When he submitted his report to OneGuard? He stated he wouldn't come back into my house until it is entirely clean and sanitized. My furniture is out. What's left are things that had to come out of chests and file cabinets due to a flood. I told him that - when I said, Don't judge, I'm so embarrassed. Packers and movers came today - even though my shower leak is still not diagnosed - and 2/3s of what's in the house is gone.... as I told him it would be.
He also stated that multiple animals must be contained. I have 8 cats and a parrot (in a cage). They are ALWAYS contained when work is done in the house. I am not a hoarder or some weird animal person. Prior to this unexpected disaster in the house - I have a cleaning lady 3 times a week. I'm moving out temporarily after a catastrophic series of events, my house is being gutted on Monday (and homeowner's is covering it - so it was not caused by me, my cats, or a lack of cleanliness). It LED to a messy house, for sure.
The shower was spotless. The access point was spotless. The rest was dust and boxes and depressing (to me) - which is why I apologized to him, and explained I'm moving the rest of these things out over the next few days.
Truth? He isn't physically capable of doing the job because he doesn't fit under the house. The warranty company apologized for him. So... my lesson? Check references, even if they're sent by a warranty company.
I am certain he'll reply to this... and all I can say is, I remodel and flip houses for a living. These 7 rentals I thought I'd try with a warranty company (2 months ago). I can't remember a single time I've had a contractor as rude and unprofessional as Josh Beck. (I'm also canceling the warranty company. It was supposed to help my blood pressure, not make it worse.)
Run.
