Best Water Heater Install And Repair in Irving TX

Today we used Ondras Plumbing for the second time and once again we were very impressed with the level of service we received. The clog was fixed quickly and was affordable. I highly recommend Ondras Plumbing!

Rude, doesn't clean up after themselves, pricing was VERY high. It cost more to install a water heater than it cost to purchase it, and it was an expensive top of the line water heater. I suggest almost any other plumber in DFW over Home Town. Left holes in sheetrock didn't even try to cover them. Left sheetrock dust all over. Left mud from crawlspace all over the place. Mike Salazar the owner, told me when he left Don't Call Me I'll Call You. This was 10+ years ago. I wouldn't have written this review now, except for he was rude to me on social media. I strongly suggest you try another plumber.

Had a great experience with the guys at Proficient Plumbing. My water main valve had corroded and I wanted to get it fixed before I had a leak that I couldn’t shut off. They came out quick, gave me a fair quote, and got to work right then and there. Can’t say I know much about plumbing but the photos speak for themselves. They’re my go-to plumbers from now on!

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Your technician David just left. I was told that there was gonna be no service charge to assess the problem whwn i called your office. He went to the attic and told me that he will charge me $167.50 if he has to crawl in the attic to find the problem. He was rude and very unprofessional. I really did not want to put 1 star but it will not let me post this review.
