Replaced 2 50 gallon water tanks with much smaller and efficient tankless recirculating Rinnai system. VERY RESPONSIVE, smartest team ever seen and great service by Wesley and Cory, and the owner Patrick who personally stopped by to check in on us. The crew was on time, thorough, explained what we needed to know, and cleaned up afterwards. Now our ‘go to’ company for ALL things Water and Plumbing!

EXPENSIVE AND POOR COMMUNICATION. No rough estimate provided before starting to work. I happend to call them last month while having my restroom clogged. As per phone conversation, I was told technician will be there and look around the issue and then will give me details. Then, we can agree to work on it or not. And the charge was told as below: $60 service charge and $140 per hour cost. I agreed to the deal.
But when technician arrived, they start working on it without providing me any details about what needs to be done and how much time they might take to complete the task. They took 2.5 hrs to complete task. Since they were charging me per hours, I ended up paying close to $500 for it. So far, restroom seems to be working fine (no complain about technician part).
Later I called S&T to ask why rough estimate and details was not provided to me beforehand, she was very unprofessional.

After having foundation work done on our house we were told there was a leak under one of the bathtubs so after 2 estimates we decided to go with Links. I'm glad we did. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Derrick. He is kind, respectful and very informative. The work was completed in the time frame he told us and was overall a smoothe stress free process. We have one more leak and plan on calling them out for this one as well.

Really great, friendly and personable service from start to finish! Their dispatcher, Shelly, is super-friendly and kept us up to date on where they stood with the other appointments. Even with all of the burst pipe calls around Dallas due to the storm and the late hour, they took the time to carefully find the leak, repairing it with minimal damage to the wall. They made certain that the repair held, and even inspected the other lines for any signs of additional burst pipes or other problems - despite it being after midnight! I was VERY impressed with their professionalism, their good humor and calmness during what is certainly a stressful time with tons of emergency calls. I will certainly use them for my future plumbing needs and you should too!

We needed work on a bathroom faucet and aerator and the handle on hot water in one of showers. I received notifications of when the repairman was going to arrive and he was right on time. He identified the problems quickly and attempted to fix with what he had on hand. However, both problems required additional products and he indicated that he would pick up and come back tomorrow or as scheduled. He was very professional and I appreciated his explanations. These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
