I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! Recently, we had a plumbing problem that popped up with a job from 9 years ago and they stepped and fixed the problem quickly. Couldn't imagine how they could've done a better job! Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Them to numerous family members and friends. He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Called a week ago to ask a question from a plumber before I make an appointment. The young lady who responded said they do not answer plumbing questions on the phone that I had to make an appointment. I understand that but what if my issue does not need a plumber. She insisted that a plumber has to come for $49 service call, then I will be charged $45 each 15min while he is at my house regardless if he works on my issue on not. I explained that I would appreciate 1 minute of any of their plumber's time to just see if my tankless water heater is condensating or non-condensating by giving him/her the model number. It was a matter of yes it is or not that model is not.
After 5 minutes or so of trying to get some sense to this operator, she said I will have a plumber call when they get in.
Needless to say I am still waiting. The bottom line: VERY POOR customer service. Will NEVER call them again for anything. Thank god for the competition. There are plenty of good plumber out there!

Run away. These guys have been called out by the home warranty several times over the past couple years. Every time they try and sell us all kinds of stuff we dont need. Most recent was a water heater that they said they would need to bring up to code and it would be $2700.00. We know what the code requirments are for a water heater and the city inspector looked at it and verified that the water heater did in fact meet code requirments. Stay away from these people.
