I have been a long time customer of Accu-Find Slab Leak Inc and they have dealt with two major emergencies under my foundation. Both times their estimates were incredibly accurate, their professionalism superb, and they did a fantastic job getting my plumbing problems repaired. I heartily recommend them for just about any plumbing leak, but their real specialty is getting to under slab problems, repairing them, and getting things put back perfectly. Hopefully I won't have any more major plumbing issues, but if I do, these are the guys I'm calling.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Terrible service. On 11/13, we had water back up in the house. I contacted our home warranty company, and they gave me Black Tie’s information. I called and explained the situation, and the representative said it would be 2 days before someone could come out, so we scheduled for 11/15, 12-4 window. Still no tech, no phone call after 5. When I called, she said it might be canceled for the night. Finally a tech showed after 6. He was there for 5 minutes and said another tech would have to come out and run a camera, the office would call and schedule that for us. But, he said don’t run water, flush toilets, live in the house. So we left the house. No call, no schedule. We called on Friday 11/16 and no return call. Finally got someone on Monday 11/19 and they said they couldn’t come out until Wednesday 11/21. A guy randomly showed on Tuesday 11/20. Then no communication or return phone call until 11/26, when I was promised a quote by the end of the day. No quote, no call. My husband and I called again 11/27, and were both promised a quote by the end of the day. No quote, no call. Finally received a quote by email including a discount for our “troubles”. After running the quote by other professionals, it was determined that the quote was at least $1500 more than it should be. I called another plumbing company to get the work done. They were out and had answers for me immediately and even temporarily fixed the plumbing so we could be back in our house after being out of it for 2 weeks. AVOID this company.

I have used them in the last six months for three different jobs: tankless water heater installation, shower thermostatic catridge replacement, and fixing an emergency water leak problem. And they are awesome so far! Eddie, Zac, Mike have been very skilled plumbers. The ladies running the office have been extremely courteous and helpful (Alma, Veronica, Caroline). Their prices have been very fair, which has been a refreshing change from the price gouging plumbing company I had the misfortune to use previously. I recommend them highly.

They dug under my house to remove a broken pipe. They ran their cameras in different areas and sent a proposal to my insurance. I usually do not give negative reviews if it's minor dissatisfaction. However, this plumbing company doesn’t make that list. I selected this vendor for a big project (total cost was around $16K). I thought they did a pretty good job until the issue started showing. The pipe they installed inside my wall now makes a noise as soon as I use any of the taps. I called the plumbing company, and they sent a person who told me they have to cut the wall to fix that noise and that will charge me for that work. After paying them $16K, I need to pay them for the problem their team created. COME ON!!!!I didn’t agree and after that, I have been trying to reach their plumbing manager department (5 calls already made). BELIEVE ME, I have proof, they are avoiding me, I can hear them on the phone where the admin person trying to divert my call to voice message as the plumbing manager doesn’t want to speak with me. Now that’s great customer service, isn’t it?The first impression is they are ok (I encountered maybe 7 team members in this project, and out of those 7, 3 were really nice. Especially Angel, from the water damage restoration department) and I thought they did a good job, but man when it matters the most (where things go wrong) and you need them they leave you alone. We are still sleeping with that noise (and my daughter sometimes asks, when will that noise goes away) and still calling them hoping they will fix that noise. Looks like I do have to file a legal claim to them to get their attention. A COMPANY THAT YOU CANT TRUST!!!!

Ramon arrived on time and cleared the sewer line quickly. He was professional and efficient. It was a very reasonable cost for the service. I will use them again when I can't find the source of the obstruction.

The guys at Smith Plumbing always do a great job and usually can get to my repair in less than 24 hours. I have used several other plumbers in the area. They are, by far, the most courteous and accommodating of any. They are fair with their prices too. Highly recommend them!

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
