I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! I have been a long time customer of Accu-Find Slab Leak Inc and they have dealt with two major emergencies under my foundation. Both times their estimates were incredibly accurate, their professionalism superb, and they did a fantastic job getting my plumbing problems repaired. I heartily recommend them for just about any plumbing leak, but their real specialty is getting to under slab problems, repairing them, and getting things put back perfectly. Hopefully I won't have any more major plumbing issues, but if I do, these are the guys I'm calling.

Eugene came out to give me a free quote on a water heater replacement and I couldn't be happier. His original estimate/assessment was absolutely free and there was no pressure to buy. He was quick and knowledgeable and a trip to talk to. The replacement was quick and painless and catered to my schedule. Plumbing leak

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

We have had what we thought was standing water in our front yard, but turned out to be a very slow leak in our valve box. Veronica was super helpful in scheduling an initial appointment for later in the week, only to get a crew out three days earlier. Felipe and Bryce was quick in their assessment, and then able to come out later in the day to do the work. Fast, efficient, and friendly, with a reasonable charge for the work they did. Will be filing away their number to call them if we need a plumber again.

Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.

BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.

Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.

A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

This Thomson Plumbing Service company is top-notch! Their technicians are skilled, responsive, and always provide exceptional service. I had a problem with my sump pump and they were able to fix it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Mario was very professional and told us up front what it would cost and he was able to get the drain cleared. It was an A/C drain and we had tried someone else who was not able to get it cleared. We really liked Mario and we will use Roto Rooter again if we have a problem

No frills service, doesn’t seem to up charge.

Great company

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
