Update 7/15/17 - had a break in the water main pipe to my house on a Saturday. Called Mark at 2:30 in the afternoon and he had one of his guys at my house in an hour. Very nice and courteous technician took care of problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

Mike Salazar from Home Town Plumbing came out with only about an hour’s notice and cleared my main line. My showers and toilets were all backed up, so to me this was an emergency! He immediately knew what to do and quickly took action to clear it. He even had to move my newly planted flowers to get his machine in the right place, but he carefully dug them up and placed them to the side, without damaging them. He has been in business for many years and definitely knows his plumbing! I won’t hesitate to call him again with any plumbing issues. Thank you Mike!

Had a gas leak on a Sunday. Joe came out the same day to inspect and give me a price. He was out the next morning to repair and took care of scheduling the inspection with the city until it was passed and the gas was back on. Price was very reasonable and he went above and beyond to explain the issue and help to get everything done as efficiently and least costly as possible. I would highly recommend!

I called Eddie to install a swap out a gas cooktop, and he did a great job. While other big name hardware stores would not sell me an install service without an inspection first (to ensure size of countertop hole matched the cooktop), each service taking about 2 weeks turnaround, Eddie just went with what I told him about the size match and showed up on time. He and his son-in-law did a great job, checked if there were any gas leaks and then finally his son-in-law was nice enough to warn me that cooktop was calibrated to a very low flame in Low setting, with risk of going off with a ceiling fan or door shutting. So could look up hte manual and calibrate it myself to make the cooktop safe to operate.

I used this company to repair my tank water heater, and I am very pleased with their service. The technician was quickly identifying and fixing the issue. The pricing was reasonable, and the service was reliable. I am happy with the service and would call them always during water heater emergencies.

I have been a long time customer of Accu-Find Slab Leak Inc and they have dealt with two major emergencies under my foundation. Both times their estimates were incredibly accurate, their professionalism superb, and they did a fantastic job getting my plumbing problems repaired. I heartily recommend them for just about any plumbing leak, but their real specialty is getting to under slab problems, repairing them, and getting things put back perfectly. We have used My Local Plumber three times now. One was for a pin hole leak in an interior pipe. One for a slab leak. And the last time to have the entire house replumbed, including the water main from the water meter.

We were very happy with the work done by My Local Plumber the first two times. The second time, with the slab leak, Eddie, from My Local Plumber, told us that the possibility of more slab leaks in the future were possible. He was right.

We decided to have the entire house re-plumbed rather than fight with more leaks that would cause us to tear up our flooring and slab. We called My Local Plumber and an HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical company.

The other company sent someone out to gather the information to make a bid. Before he left, he said that it was NOT feasible to replumb the house. He also DID NOT volunteer services for finding the existing slab leak.

Enter My Local Plumber and our personal hero, Felipe. He spent quite a bit of time looking at the existing plumbing and how it could be re-routed into the attic. He prepared a detailed bid and we accepted.

We now have new plumbing from the water main into the house and to every fixture/outlet in the house. This Includes the outside faucets. And none of it susceptible to damage from the clay under the house.

We are extremely happy with the work that the crew did and would recommend My Local Plumber to anyone for any work.

They were prompt and on time. He was thorough and delivered the estimate right on the spot when he was there. He gave us two estimates. One was if he purchased the new toilet and the other was if I purchased the new toilet. Both options were reasonable. At the end the service was fast and professional.
