Reeves Family Plumbing is the best. I highly recommend them, our old house has had it's share of issues from irrigation to main line issues and Reeves always is able to see us same day when we really need them. They know our house, they remember us, it's really nice to see the same guys come out and check up on things. They are honest and fair and I feel like they care about getting the job done as well as letting us know exactly what is going on and what our options are.

After our family room ceiling was damaged by an old water supply line that burst from an upstairs bathroom, we contracted HMP. We also decided to replace two 22 year old water gas heaters. HMP plumbing did a great job replacing the supply lines and both water heaters including one that was in a tough spot in the attic. They were professional, hard -working and courteous. We are very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! My sincere thanks to Dan Bennett for resolving my HVAC issue. He has turned what was a major headache for me into a very pleasant experience. Dan went out of his way by working with his manager and vendors to get a great resolution to my problem. He is a man of his word and follows through with what he says. I would also like to thank the technicians who completed the work. They were knowledgeable, competent, and left the work site better than they found it. After working with Dan it’s clear why he is the Quality Assurance mgr. and why they call him “Mr. Happy”.

Do NOT hire this company! The reciprocity agreement they have with a couple of demolition and restoration companies is shady at best. They are rude, inconsiderate, and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. One man actually yelled over the phone at my elderly mother. No professionalism, and the lack of timely communication is terrible. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. The work failed city inspection 3 times and they literally had to redo the entire portion outside before the city would approve. Response times were awful - an hour or more late each time they were scheduled to be at my home. I should have been more aware of why they were so readily available after the big freeze we had in Texas - now I know. NO ONE wants them because they are terrible!

Great company, I've dealt with several times and always have nothing but praise for them. Very experienced, friendly, and skilled professionals, who know their industry well, and won't try to sell you anything you don't need. Was refreshing to deal with these guys who were noticeably more honest than most in their industry (that I've ever ran across).
