Randy came out on a Sunday. He explained the issue we were having and what needed to be done to correct it. He would need to get parts so he returned Monday to complete the job. We were called both days to let us know what time he would be arriving. He was thorough, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We were very pleased.

I've been using Reeves for the last 8 years or so. Recently they responded very quickly to a call regarding a major leak in back yard. The repairs were made the day after they determined where leak was and gave us an estimate for repairs. Their techs are always very polite and professional and I trust them to be in my home when we're not there. The company does try to send the same techs to each location so we've become familiar with them. Smaller companies might be less expensive, same cost, or more expensive. But the quality of service is unbeatable.

Installed an entire outdoor system and did a timely, exemplary job. Those who did the work were very hardworking and courteous. I especially liked their team attitude. They are number one on my list!

2 other plumbers performed hasty inspections and jumped to the conclusion that all of the under-slab pipes needed replacing. DFW Pipe sent me two professional, knowledgeable, better equipped plumbers that did a meticulous diagnosis at a cheaper hourly rate. After pressure-jetting debris and gunk out of the drain lines, their test bulbs could get a good seal and performed an accurate static leak test. In the end, there was no drain leak at all. Service could not have been better.

While visiting my uncle down in Grand Prairie and in the middle of the night the damn water pipe popped and these guys were the only ones who answered my call.
