Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

The expertise displayed by this plumbing company is truly impressive. Their team's ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions sets them apart. They communicated clearly throughout the process and ensured that everything was fixed correctly. I'm grateful for their professionalism.

This is a great organization. Barry and his colleagues are top notch professionals. They took care of three prior sewer breaks for me in the past. This time around, I had a slab leak and Barry fit me into his schedule to come by and advise me on my options. One of those options didn't even involve his company. Top notch people and they do great work!

Lane was the absolute most nicest and honest guy. You hear horror stories about home warranty companies out there. Not with this guy. He communicated when there were issues and just did an all around amazing job. Thank you Lane!!

and they didnt fix the problem ... the bonehead got the line stuck in the drain cut it and left it there and the said it would cost 2000.00 to get his line out
When i called to try to resolve it he cussed me out... i will never recommend them to anyone ever again.. soo sad and very unprofessional... if you see their truck coming into your driveway turn em down.. they CANNOT take irresponsibility for their own mistakes

i’d love to support farmers branch plumbers, but good luck hearing back from these guys. have tried more than once to get them out for jobs and have yet to get anyone to return a voicemail, text message or email.

They have always done a great job for us. I get prompt service, straight talk and very fair prices.

Job was never complete. Over charged 200 extra to dig and 1100 to lay 50 ft of tubing.
The trentch was never filled in correctly as quaranteed and the concrete meter box is too exposed, with no access to the meter dial itself. They flat out refuse to finish and the plumber eddie told me to make the check in his name plus the cash to be paid to him. It's been 3 weeks since the job was started even so they started late after being paid. No final receipt or invoice was given to me to turn into the city of irving for a repairs/leak adjustment assessment. They are rip off artists.

I'm a guy, even though this review/complain sounds very Karen like. I've tried reaching out, the company keeps making excuses or hanging up.

Just recently, we have experienced a lot of issues with our water heater. Aside from the leaks, we have been hearing a loud noise and their tech found that it was from sediment build up. He was really quick in assessing the problem and was very professional and respectful. He even went an extra mile to examine sewer drain outs and did an awesome job.

Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. We have used Smith Plumbing Company exclusively since we bought our house 40 years ago. We have replaced our kitchen sink, extended outside faucet lines, replaced an outside faucet, replaced a disposal, and kitchen sink faucets. Had a couple of blockage issues along the way, too. It was only natural that I would call them when we decided to upgrade our toilets to cut down on water usage. I have NEVER had anything but excellent service from them. Extremely informative, friendly, prompt. Do a great job. As I was finding the phone number, I happened to run across this site where people wrote reviews. I teased Chris when I called to make an appointment. How come he has bad reviews?? He said several of the reviews were submitted by people who have never used the services of the company!!!
Hopefully prospective customers will consider this when deciding on a plumbing company!
