I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! I have been a long time customer of Accu-Find Slab Leak Inc and they have dealt with two major emergencies under my foundation. Both times their estimates were incredibly accurate, their professionalism superb, and they did a fantastic job getting my plumbing problems repaired. I heartily recommend them for just about any plumbing leak, but their real specialty is getting to under slab problems, repairing them, and getting things put back perfectly. Hopefully I won't have any more major plumbing issues, but if I do, these are the guys I'm calling.

I requested ARS Rescue Rooter come to my property, for their drain cleaning special which was $88. When they showed up, and I was told it'll be like $250 /hr or something like that instead. Hmm. I told them to leave. I am not a happy (potential) customer, and I will not call them again.

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
