Mark as usual, was fair and giving. He installed a new disposal for 25$ less than a competitor. And! He fixed a simple leak in my bathroom sink at no charge. However unbelievable, a guy from BBrothers wanted to charge me, wait for it . . .168$‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️I must say I was highly offended and not amused.
Mark Ondras, takes the stress out of an already pressure filled situation. Yup! I gotta pay but at least I know the work will get done correctly and will be fairly priced. Thanks for the last 10 years: (2) disposals (1) hot water heater and a myriad of other plumping issues, Mark! No wonder you stay busy but he's worth the wait!

Rude, doesn't clean up after themselves, pricing was VERY high. It cost more to install a water heater than it cost to purchase it, and it was an expensive top of the line water heater. I suggest almost any other plumber in DFW over Home Town. Left holes in sheetrock didn't even try to cover them. Left sheetrock dust all over. Left mud from crawlspace all over the place. Mike Salazar the owner, told me when he left Don't Call Me I'll Call You. This was 10+ years ago. I wouldn't have written this review now, except for he was rude to me on social media. I strongly suggest you try another plumber.

Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

I recently moved to a new apartment and needed some help putting together my bed. After searching, I found Mr. Eddie. Called Jennings last minute after work yesterday for no not water at our house and on cusp of long holiday weekend. Jordan (technician) arrived at 9:00 the next morning, so obviously very prompt. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, informative, friendly and our hot water is restored. I’m extremely impressed with the service!

When I called this company to make an appointment to replace the gas line valve on my patio and connect gas to my grill, I was told they charge by hourly rate of $150, no extra service fee or trip charge.

The plumbers did good job and had good manner. I have no problem with that. However, the office didn’t tell me that their clock started clicking from the plumbers leaving their previous service place, and it ended by the plumber’s car leaving my house. So the traveling time / cleaning up / 10-minuete of running invoice / my credit card running time... all those time counts and get charged at $150/hr rate. It was a surprise at the end.

I called the office to argue. The lady was rude and impatient. She simply tried to end the conversation by crediting me 15 minutes and asked me not calling them again. For the first time in my life, I was treated as if I was not a reasonable customer.

I own single family house for years. I have hired many contractors/ technicians/ handymen to do house repairs / projects. Never run into a billing surprise issue at the end. No any service company ever asks me not calling them again.

Anyone who wants to use this company, please be aware of that.

This is the second time I have used Herndon McFarland. I had a sewer leak the first time and a cold water leak under the slab the 2nd time. Both times they were professional, responsive, quickly located the problem and performed a great job. I feel like I can trust them

ProCo Plumbing was very fast to respond to my initial call. Technician was friendly, polite, professional & got the job done fast. Strongly recommend and will call them for any future plumbing issues.

I called for a simple bathroom tile repair that turned out to be a sign of a much bigger problem. They were able to assess the problem and suggest a solution within a few hours of my call. Diego was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the process and provided good advice in order to fix the problem so it won’t come back in the future. I will definitely be calling them for my next project.

Had an appointment set up for today, 12pm to 1pm. It is now 4:30 pm, and no one has called or shown up.

First of all, i did not pick them. My home warranty company chose them and it has been an ordeal from the beginning. They have horrible customer service, also had to transfer to a different company to finalize the job. Do Not Use This Company, also if you try to speak with management they just have you speak to the people you previously have conversed with.
