Best Gas Lines in Irving TX

I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I support small businesses and this is the reason that we will continue to use this company for future repairs! Thank you Robert and crews!

AAA Auger was a life saver, pipes were clogged and backing up into the shower-yuck. They came out the same day and Eric Hill did a fantastic job, so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Do NOT use this plumbing company; they are rude and WILL let you down! Our kitchen sink was backed up the night before a huge birthday party at our home and I contacted GFB for a Sat am appt the night before. I was told 10am. The plumber didn't show up until 1pm after 2 phone calls to the dispatcher. He wanted to back up into the driveway and I was getting ready to run party errands. The plumber literally waited 5 mins after being told the situation and yelled out his window while driving off to Get yourself another damn plumber. Did I mention he was blaring his horn while my mother and I were coming down the driveway; I was shocked at his aggression. SO DISRESPECTFUL after we waited 3 hours after our appt time. Use another plumber there are SEVERAL out there. This guy doesn't value the customer so what kind of work can you really expect from a person with that type of integrity?!!
Update 3/21: I find it interesting that the wife of the plumber responded to this online review weeks later but never called to apologize, reschedule and straight up did not answer her phone when her husband took off leaving us in a serious bind. She was not present when this incident occurred so i will clarify as I was there, he waited literally 5-7 min for me to pull out the driveway. I find her negative embellishments about me entertaining and another indicator of this company’s poor customer service. I’m done responding I just really don’t like when people lie.

Do not use this company if you want an unbiased experience when using in conjuction with Perma-Pier foundation. Get another company. They are sister companies. Be safe and get another company that has integrity. They are rude as well. You can do better elsewhere.

I called around 8:30 am to get a plumber to unclog our toilets in our office. Tammy answered the phone and was so helpful and polite. Juan and his helper showed up at the office within 45 min of me calling. They were both very efficient and polite. They unclogged the main line of our toilets and were gone within 30 min. The price was very affordable, I was definitely expecting a high bill considering me needed someone so last minute. If you need a plumber I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Well coordinated visit and both people I worked with were genuinely nice. Very knowledgeable and congenial tech who visited. I paid for my hour of his time and learned a lot about the plumbing of my house and neighborhood.

Shawn is very knowledgeable , fixed the problem in a short amount of time and is a super nice guy - someone you have no problem letting into your home

Called to schedule an appointment they said they would be out later the same day. They texted me about 5:00pm to say they were hung up in traffic in Ft. Worth and would the next day work. That’s ok and I texted him back to say I would be home after 11:00am he texted back ok. He called at 10:48 today Ian’s I couldn’t get my phone I called back at 10:52 no answer texted him no response. I’m leaving this review at 5:57pm no answer back. He just blew me off.

I have used Tempo for years. Bryan is the best. He arrives on time, immediately puts on his booties, gets right to work, answers any and all questions thoroughly, and shows me the parts that must be replaced and why. Very professional.
