I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Robert was knowledgeable, detailed, and his crew was professional! The service was outstanding! I used this company to repair my tank water heater, and I am very pleased with their service. The technician was quickly identifying and fixing the issue. I have used accu find now 3 times. The first time was to repair a broken sewer pipe below slab, the 2nd was a hot water pipe leak in kitchen island and lastly, and hopefully lastly, for a slab leak in spare bath. I called office and spoke to leeann. She has always been super helpful and professional to deal with.

Jr came out the next day to assess the situation. He returned on Monday and completed the work. We are super grateful and appreciative of their timeliness and promptness to fix our leak. Obviously they are super busy this time of year considering how dry and hot it is currently but they fit us into the schedule and job was completed same day and all is good now.

You hope you never need to call them but if you do you can be assured they will take care of you and your home. Cant say enough good things about them. Thank you again but I hope I only see you at the grocery store or the movies sometime.

I have used Reeves Family Plumbing for several jobs I have had around the house. Lori normally answers the phone and is always so helpful and friendly. The guys arrive on schedule and perform their jobs in a professional manner. J.R. has done repair jobs on my bath faucets twice. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time.

Called and spoke with someone to schedule an appointment to find a slab leak. They couldn't do it for a few days so we waited until their first availability 2 days later. I had someone go to the house to wait for them. Its a vacant rental house across town, so it was a chore to get there early in the morning to wait for them. They waited for 2 hours! past the time they said they would be there. During that time I called a over and over and no one ever answered. I left several voice messages and none were returned. I called back and left them a message that I wanted to cancel as they never showed up or even bothered to call or answer the phone. They are unprofessional and I would never do business with them again.

I am very impressed with the honesty of this company. I was told by a different company that a clean out was needed, and it would cost over a thousand dollars to install.
So I called Gabe's. Gabe came out to install the clean outs at half the price of the previous quote from the other company.
After he began digging he discovered the clean out was there, just buried.
I had no idea they were buried and wouldn't have known if he hadn't told me. He could have charged me the full price and pretended to install them, but he didn't.

His entire staff has been friendly and professional. I am really impressed and will definitely use them again

These guys are not good. the plumber and repaired my shower ,faucet and toilet. when he left he did not clean up after himself. I checked shower before he left and was not flowing. Luckily he was still in my driveway and he came back and fixed it. I am still having a leaky toilet. We have arranged for them to return . But they will not return on day s needed. Plumber had a a class to attend ,plumber not available on so on. One guard will not let us change plumbers. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!
