Ok so I normally don't leave reviews... But I wanted to make sure I left one this time. This company will remain our go to when it comes to plumbing. Any time anyone asks for a recommendation I will for sure let them know this is the company to use. They were quick to detect the issue. And repairs were made in a decent amount of time. All workers were very professional. Any questions we had, they answered to their best ability. They made sure we understood what was being done and why. Robert was very involved in all the work that was done and made sure all repairs were 100%.

Our experience with Daryl on a gas line replacement was first class. He was thoughtful in trouble shooting the issue without jumping to conclusions and was great at sharing the process he was taking. When it came time for the repair, it required digging through landscaping and grass. He took amazing care to not simply dig a hole, but separated the dirt on plastic to limit dirt remains on the grass, replaced all landscaping rocks and leveled back grass the did need to be removed as well.

Next time I have a plumbing need, I will be going to this company and asking for Daryl by name.

I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! If you ever need a plumber, I would like to recommend My Local Plumber. Mike just left our home and great service as always. They are always on time, neat, take their time to explain the work they completed and wore masks while they were here. This is not the first time that we used them and they are consistently very customer service oriented.

BIG thanks to GP Plumbing for coming through in the clutch. I was visiting my grandmother in TX and had a late night flood in the basement. Call these guys and they showed up within what seems like a few minutes and got to work. Really helped in a stressful time. Would recommend!

There is a reason Pipe Doctor has 1 star ratings on some sites, and a 3.7 of 5 on Google. Josh Beck came to my house via OneGuard, my (now former) warranty company. He was rude, unprofessional and refused to do his job. The likely truth? Josh is about 50 pounds too heavy to have diagnosed the problem - as he'd have had to get under the house. I requested an average to slim plumber for that request - clearly nobody got the memo.
He claimed he needed authorization to go under the house - which OneGuard confirmed he did not.

When he submitted his report to OneGuard? He stated he wouldn't come back into my house until it is entirely clean and sanitized. My furniture is out. What's left are things that had to come out of chests and file cabinets due to a flood. I told him that - when I said, Don't judge, I'm so embarrassed. Packers and movers came today - even though my shower leak is still not diagnosed - and 2/3s of what's in the house is gone.... as I told him it would be.

He also stated that multiple animals must be contained. I have 8 cats and a parrot (in a cage). They are ALWAYS contained when work is done in the house. I am not a hoarder or some weird animal person. Prior to this unexpected disaster in the house - I have a cleaning lady 3 times a week. I'm moving out temporarily after a catastrophic series of events, my house is being gutted on Monday (and homeowner's is covering it - so it was not caused by me, my cats, or a lack of cleanliness). It LED to a messy house, for sure.

The shower was spotless. The access point was spotless. The rest was dust and boxes and depressing (to me) - which is why I apologized to him, and explained I'm moving the rest of these things out over the next few days.

Truth? He isn't physically capable of doing the job because he doesn't fit under the house. The warranty company apologized for him. So... my lesson? Check references, even if they're sent by a warranty company.

I am certain he'll reply to this... and all I can say is, I remodel and flip houses for a living. These 7 rentals I thought I'd try with a warranty company (2 months ago). I can't remember a single time I've had a contractor as rude and unprofessional as Josh Beck. (I'm also canceling the warranty company. It was supposed to help my blood pressure, not make it worse.)
