I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! Like many others, we found ourselves with a broken pipe due to the freeze. We contacted Reeves and were able to get someone out the next day. Two courteous and professional men arrived and made quick work of the repair. They were masked, and even used plastic covers on their shoes to keep from tracking the snow into the house. Reeves has my highest personal recommendation.

They charged $75 for a contracted plumber to come out and give an estimate for a job he didn't want. Barely even looked around. Spent more time in his truck writing up a ridiculously high estimate. Got several more quotes for free, so definitely wasted $75.

Very good communication with Thomson Plumbing Service.. showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and fixed it very fast. We had a slow-draining sink which I had tried to snake with no luck .. they used a snake and fixed the issue very fast. The price was fair and on par with what others were estimating.. thanks
