Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Them to numerous family members and friends. He does amazing work at affordable prices.

They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns and provided me with a range of options for my water heater needs. The technician who installed the unit was professional and efficient. Sewer clogged and previous plumber was unable to clear. Matt was very professional and informative. Took him 10 minutes to clear and ran camera to find any further issues. Found out it was a city problem! Matt was amazing and all while training another worker. I won't use anyone else. Fast to respond and fix the issue all while keeping me informed and educated. Best plumbing business and staff I have encountered in years!!!

Way more knowledgeable than the other plumbers I've had experience with, they get the job done! And they even told me that because it had been within a year since they last came over, that it was free of charge! Even though it wasn't their fault they had to come back (I had to show proof of their visit and it was the same toilet). I swear I'll never use anyone again. And when I called to schedule something but they were booked for the day- they actually called me back and notified me that someone else canceled so I didn't have to wait until my scheduled appointment the next day- they could do it that day. I thought that was awesome.

They were on time, put in a new water line the same day! Keith was great and they had many option to take care of payments. Very helpful and efficient!

Our water heater began to leak, and ARS was the only company able to get to us in under 5 days. They sent out Jimmie the next day, and he was very courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and kept us informed about next steps and timelines.Jimmie came out today to replace the hot water heater, and we couldn't be happier. Received service through SDWH & our technician/installer (I’m almost 100% he said his name was Keith but the email I got said Carry? Maybe that’s his last name idk) was super nice and worked fast to get our hot water on. He was also extremely patient when we had questions regarding the smart water heater since we’ve never had one.
