Arrived on time . Diagnosed the leak quickly and had the parts on board their truck and made the replacement in a few minutes. They tested the repair for leaks and made sure I was satisfied with their work.

Set an appointment online received a call and negotiated an appointment for the next day only to receive another call saying they cannot come that day either. Highly unprofessional over promise and under deliver.

Adam's Plumbing fixed a leaky faucet in my bathroom. They came out the same day and were done quickly, even though they had to get some parts and replace some old pipe. They cleaned up when finished and were 100% professional and the cost was reasonable. Why use anyone else?

My experience is a perfect example of it's not how it started but how it ended.

I will start off by saying I am a member of the annual membership plan and bought into this company quickly. The ease of connecting with the call center is amazing and the ability to schedule quickly is impressive.

Overall my experience was not great by any stretch and my original review was 1 star due to on-going repairs and financial investments that resulted in the original issue not being resolved.
After expressing my ever increasing frustration with the results we received after investing a lot of money with increasingly greater financial investments and no results.

The owner of the company reached out to me and my wife directly to speak with us and help us with resolving the issue. It is not often you see these kind of actions from a company and/or owner, especially these days. He ensured our problems were addressed and resolved while re-establishing confidence with BillyGo.

Regardless of my experience, as challenging as it was, I have confidence the person at the top of the company is doing everything he can to ensure a great company for residents.

I had a runny toilet and needed to replace a rusted out fill valve in the water tank. As the toilet was wasting water and I couldn't turn off the water at the valve next to the toilet (faulty shut off valve), I decided to forego buying a toilet repair kit from home depot for $20 and doing this myself.Big mistake. ARS/Rescue Rooter did come within couple of hours of calling. It's $50 for the service call, regardless of whether you do the repair or not. And I was quoted $330 just to replace the fill valve. The plumber wouldn't repair the leaky shut off valve next to the toilet, he wanted me to book another appointment on Monday for that. He didn't even use a complete kit to replace the rest of the old parts in the water tank ie flush valve, gasket etc. Just the fill valve...which you can buy from home depot for less than $8.With my faulty shut off valve, I couldn't do the repair myself unless I could shut off the main water line to the house. But with many water departments switching to remote water meter monitoring systems and locking the water meter, the main water line shut off is hard to open/operate for normal people (again unless we go to home depot and get the key for that.So I paid, $380 for the plumber to replace a $8 part in the water tank in less than 30 mins and not replace the leaky shut off valve or the rest of the old parts in the tank. Lesson learned. Never again ARS/Rescue Rooter of Dallas. You guys are greedy and this scorched earth pricing will come back to bite you in the long run.I will opt for local, independent plumbers or try my best to fix minor repairs myself. Thank you for the motivation :)Response to their reply: you certainly are the most expensive. $380 to change a fill valve in a toilet. As far as quality, I had to tell your plumber to reduce the slack in the chain from the tank lever, bc it was getting stuck inside the flapper causing the water to continuously leak in. I’m not a plumber in anyway so I’m surprised your plumber didn’t catch that. He also mentioned that he can’t replace the water shut off valve next to the toilet. He said there was an internal accident that resulted in protocol changes and I’ll need to book another appointment to change the valve. Why is that? $380 would’ve been tolerable if your plumber changed all the parts inside the tank and the water shut off valve.

Matt was super responsive to our request for service-- even in the middle of our big 2021 ice storm/cold snap. We had two different pipes burst on two different days in the same week. Plumbers were in high demand, of course; most didn't return calls, and many said they didn't service Uptown Dallas. But luckily, we found Matt -- who is expanding into Uptown, he said, and he sent out Dalton within hours. He kept all his appointments organized, with great communication all along. Many plumbers wouldn't even leave their homes the first couple days due to icy road conditions but Dalton braved the weather to help us. Dalton came out both times-- and he was absolutely awesome! He is very earnest, honest, pleasant & quickly fixed our pipes. The second one burst in an awkward section of the ceiling which was almost impossible to reach, but somehow Dalton reached it and cheerfully fixed it, saving us from having to tear off the cabinets below it. Also, pricing was fair. Two of our neighbors used him this same week and we all agree -- the best plumbing experience ever!

We had a stopped tub and slow drain in the bathroom. I spoke to Dustin Edelman about our problem and he gave me a range of cost, which was lower than other quotes we received by half. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would, charged even less than expected, was extremely professional and helpful. I really appreciate him as a sole proprietor, making a living, and I prefer having the person behind the company doing the work. I highly recommend Dustin Edelman!

These guys most definitely engage in bait and switch tactics. I was given a preliminary estimate for a water heater replacement over the phone for $1,300. I set up an appointment for a plumber to come out for a more firm estimate the next morning. The next morning (7:30am) I got a call from the plumber who wanted me to send pics of our current W/H so he could go by and pick up my replacement. I told him that I wasn't ready for installation and was just wanting a more firm quote. He says that he could do that over the phone where he rattled off a whole list of things that I would need for a whopping total of $2,400! I promptly cancelled the estimate visit and told them that I would be using a more reputable service.
Although they denied it, this most certainly is the definition of bait and switch. They knew that they wouldn't put in a new W/H for $1,300 but uses that price point to get in your door. I guess most people are in a jamb because their W/H is most likely out and they have to have it replaced. Fortunately mine is still working (just old and struggling) so I had time to go elsewhere.
They can deny it all they want, but this absolutely is bait and switch. So be careful who you do business with!

Mario’s service has been exceptional. He’s gone the extra mile to take care of us and the needs of our home. He’s been thoughtful to explain details to us and followed up to make sure the work is done properly.

Joseph E. was the technician assigned to perform a routine checkup on my unit. I was scheduled for and afternoon however I was advised that the Joseph could see me sooner if I wanted. This really helped me out as I had errands to run later in the day. Joseph did a thorough inspection of my system advised me to change filter. He provided me a quote for ordering filters and also recommended a air scrubber for Covid -19. He asked me if I had any questions and went over my system status. I was also surprised to see that he provided me a complimentary outdoor faucet cover. Joseph really helped me out coming early to inspect unit. I hope on future calls I get him again. He’s a wonderful asset to his company and very professional. Thanks Joseph great job.

Flawless, effortless service. Forgot the name of the person that answered the phone, but he was nice and professional. Set up up drain clearing, easy peasy. Said he was sending Bodi, was told he would call, and he DID!
Told me what time he would be there, and he was right on.
Very professional. Shook my hand. Explained what the issue may be, got to it and cleared my drains completely.

I called at least four other companies before, 3 never answered and the 4th never showed up.
