Very good experience with the service provided. What I appreciated the most was that Chris was not going to leave until all of my problems were resolved.

Most plumbers are booked currently due to the recent snow/ice storm. Found these guys online using #dallasplumber on Instagram. I called these guys at 5 am. Not only did they answer my call but they accommodated to our urgent situation. Plumber arrived by 10 am. Luckily the issue turned out to be small. He answered our questions and gave us options. THANK YOU SO MUCH! We will be working with you again and recommending you to others.

Job was never complete. Over charged 200 extra to dig and 1100 to lay 50 ft of tubing.
The trentch was never filled in correctly as quaranteed and the concrete meter box is too exposed, with no access to the meter dial itself. They flat out refuse to finish and the plumber eddie told me to make the check in his name plus the cash to be paid to him. It's been 3 weeks since the job was started even so they started late after being paid. No final receipt or invoice was given to me to turn into the city of irving for a repairs/leak adjustment assessment. They are rip off artists.

I'm a guy, even though this review/complain sounds very Karen like. I've tried reaching out, the company keeps making excuses or hanging up.

DFW Pipe & Plumbing really came through. I contacted their competition but they told me 2 weeks to get on the schedule. Not DFW Pipe. They came and gave me an estimate the same day and fixed my slab leak the next. Better yet, they did not nickle and dime me. I paid what was quoted, even though the job was not as anticipated. We had a plumbing issues right before the holidays. They were easy to schedule and came in early. They were very nice. And I felt conpletely comfortable with them. They knew right away what to do. Fixed my issue and they even made sure that there was nothing missed so we didn't have worry about it on Christmas. I Defenitely recommend them ! This is the 2nd time we've used them and will continue to use them for any future issues.

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

The team was excellent. Fantastic customer service. They came out on New Year’s Eve to make the repair. Walked me through everything in case the Atmos tech didn’t arrive before they left. I had paid them and they were fixing to leave when the Atmos tech showed up. They then came back inside to relight all of the appliances and make sure everything thing was working properly. They could have easily just driven off and left me to do everything but they didn’t.

Collin was EARLY by an hour (unheard of), found and explained the dilemma with our furnace. He picked up a needed part and had the furnace up and running in two hours. satisfied, recommend.

I called them specifically telling there was a leak in the shower which was on the second floor to a wall on the first floor. They did not say there is a service call fee of $80 and the technician was barely there for a minute (when i say a minute, i mean literally).He looked at the wall on the first floor and says they can’t fix it and charges me $80 as a service call and leaves.
