Charged me the minimum of $100-ish for a no-parts, no-tools 5 minute fix - which was kind of a bummer, but they did respond to me in less than 12 hours so ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Everyone working in the house was very nice and they they kept the house clean and completely fixed the leak. Calls were returned quickly and phone staff was friendly. Overall, they saved me a lot of money by finding the actual leak and getting it done before closing.

BACKGROUND:We found Herndon McFarland Plumbing through our Home Insurance agency during a difficult home selling process. While our house was inspected a possibility of a leak was found. Our buyers hired another plumbing company who found a separation in the pipes in a part of our house and quoted us a huge amount to fix the leak. It took us another high priced plumber to tell us that a separation doesn't necessarily mean a leak but they quoted us $600 just to do an isolated leak test after already charging me a couple hundred dollars to snake the pipes and relook at the previous plumbers findings. I was very frustrated at that point.

Our insurance company set us up with McFarland for the isolated testing and they did a very thorough job and found the true leak. Their quote to fix the leak (in a completely different place that the first plumber's guess -btw) was reasonable and they could finish the job when needed.

A few days before they were to begin one of the owners called me to tell me that they couldn't get a permit because there was some kind of lien on our property from a previous owner. He had already talked to the appropriate people and told me who I needed to contact and how I could resolve the issue. He was understanding of my freaking out moment and encouraged me not to worry. Luckily, I was able to get everything worked out right away and the plumbers could still do the work on time and as planned.

These guys are great they were on time and they bid with a three year warranty. Who else does that ? No one I know because I called three other plumbing companies and these guys hands down beat out the rest oh and no hidden fees at all what they said did not change

Excellent service provided well beyond expectation. They were very professional from the moment I contacted Patrick about our water pipe leak to the moment Jon resolved our issue. I felt assured that he and his team were very trustworthy, and were giving me honest and reliable information for the best available options to fix our slab leak. On the day of the project, Jon and his team found some hidden piping route irregularities that were caused by the previous homeowner. Instead of just casting those aside and proceeding with the simpler job we originally agreed to, Jon went ahead and fixed the new issues that were found as well. The added work was very labor intensive and they surely did not have to do so. The fact they did without any hesitation, or added charge, and provided us with a much more modern cold water pipe line, as well as completely fixing our original leak issue was incredible. Great employees, very knowledgeable. We had a foundation issue and the plumber the foundation company sent out said they were going to have to break up concrete in the house to fix the problem. We called S & T to get a second opinion and they said we did not have a problem with water leaking under the house. So thankful we made that call!

If you have a clogged toilet use Pipe Experts. They are efficient and don't charge for unnecessary services unlike most plumbing companies. I would use them again.

This crew is excellent! They came to our properties extremely fast, knocked out all the work that was needed, and were even pretty nice to the tenants (this does not happen often).

The bill was nothing to get a heart attack over which is always nice after you call an emergency plumber.

For our experience we rate Michelangelo's as the gold standard for plumbing repair. He was polite, clean and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems and was able to explain it in layman's terms to us. The work was completed in a quick and timely manner and the issues have finally been rectified. All is good! They arrived out on New Years Day and corrected the problem. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it to not have sewerage backing into the basement? Also yes.

Their plumber installed a new commercial-grade water heater tank by replacing the old one that lasted for 19 years. he responded promptly to my calls and texts, and when he finally came out, he completed the job quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Them to numerous family members and friends. He does amazing work at affordable prices.

Sent two plumbers but only quoted one. Charged for 2. Spent an hour reading the instructions for a simple replacement. Couldn't figure out how to restart the water.

I sent Milestone to my mom's house for an electrical issue. Wayne Worthen was her tech. He was very respectful and explained her situation to me. He got her up and running and also explained all of his recommendations. He was not pushy at all. They are pricey, but I expected that from this company. I have used Milestone in the past and they have always done a fabulous job. I know they are going to do the job correctly. They explain everything upfront.

This plumbing company is the real deal. They helped me with a water leak in my bathroom and provided exceptional service from start to finish. Their team was professional, efficient, and always kept me informed. Highly recommend!
