Came out to look at waterfall wall faucet that had little flow. Plumber said it was probably the cartridge. Came back the following week with a cartridge. The manufacturer had gone out of business. Replacing the cartridge didn't help. The plumber had no idea what to do. They get two stars only because he didn't charge me for the cartridge or the 2nd call.

Called another plumber who had more experience with types of wall faucets. He took the plate off and cleaned the area where the buildup happens. No parts needed.

We called these guys and made a appointment to check out our slab leak. They came as scheduled and on time and diagnose the damage and gave us a bid on the job. We are really happy and will recommend these guys to everyone. Tom the plumber went above and beyond with the service. We got our slab leak located and fixed within the day. Excellant job guys! Absolutely perfect service. Phoned 20 minutes before arriving. My drainage had clogged and everything backed up into bathroom. Identified my problem immediately and showed me it was my fault and gave me directions for an easy self fix! They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
