Very unprofessional and over priced.The company hired me in as an “apprentice”. I was eager to get started and learn the trade. Instead, I was lied to and thrown in the warehouse as a helper. It only took me a couple months to figure out the inconsistencies of the company. The other “apprentice” was hired to do hvac as well. However, they just strictly use him to drive one of their master plumbers around because he can’t stay awake at the wheel and is too much of a liability. They have a couple plumbers who are NOT fully licensed yet either, but have them out anyways individually working on jobs in your home! They’re not even qualified! The owner of the company is Beth, she is an extremely hateful and a rude person. I was also informed that her son who used to work for them at the time went to prison and once he gets out will look to carry out his legacy at B&W. BEWARE!!!

Came home on a Sunday afternoon from visiting friends out of town to find our AC was not cooling. Called Williams Comfort Air and they had someone out to our house within two hours. Initially looked like really bad news - thought we might have to replace the AC as it was completely frozen over and initial thought was likely a refrigerant leak, but further investigation led our tech to provide some great advice. After letting the ice melt and restarting it started working again. Looks like it was just an airflow issue. Still need to keep an eye on it for a few days, but keeping our fingers crossed. We always appreciate the quality of work we get from Williams Comfort Air, and this time was no different.

We hired this company to fix an electrical issue with our water heater. Brandon came out and not only fixed it but showed us some great taco recipes! This guy knows his electric and his way around a kitchen. Who knew?

This company is charging outrageous prices for their services. The force you to buy their service plans. After getting a $300 bill for a simple maintenance visit I found out the $55 dollar filter was going to be $99 if I didn't buy the service plan. After my free next two checkups, I will be using another company. Summers htg for example for the same service today was $59.
