Best Whole Home Humidifier in Indianapolis IN

Have been a B&W customer for several years, but no longer. Last estimate was comically expensive. I ate the charge for the estimate and did the work myself for about 20% of the quoted price. I understand your employees need to eat, but your customers do too.

We called to get our thermostat working correctly and to get it put on our phone controller. The Tech didn't know how to get it back online and said we need to figure it out. the Tech actually came back out at no charge and together we figured out how to set up the app controller. Thanks for going above and beyond to fix our problem

When our HVAC system gave up the ghost, the first company we called to repair it sent a tech/salesman who told it wasn't worth repairing and then gave us the hard sell using scare tactics and pressuring us to sign a replacement contract with them that day. Obviously we didn't do that; we did some research and picked Williams Comfort Air for a second opinion.The first thing that impressed us was the repairman they sent. He did confirm that yes, it would be by far the better choice to replace instead of repair, but when I started to ask him about pricing out a new system, I was surprised and pleased to learn that their repair department was completely separate from their sales department, and he would put us in touch with Sales.Second, the salesman who worked with us (hi Jay!) gave us an even better impression of Williams Comfort: he was personable, knowledgeable, and willing to work with us to find a system that would fit our needs (and budget!). He was helpful and responsive; we never had a problem getting in touch with him, and he always had the answers we needed and help on our schedule.Finally, installation day came, and the crew was obviously practiced and experienced. When it was over, our utility room looked exactly the way it had before (except for the gleaming new equipment!), even though the small space had required them to move the dryer out and back and connect it again, on top of everything else!I recommend Williams Comfort Air from top to toes...my now-toasty-warm toes(!), and can sincerely give a five-star rating from every department we worked with from start to finish.
