I called them in the middle of the night because both of my toilets were clogged and they couldn't get out that night but came the next day and were honest about everything up front. I will now call Benjamin Franklin Plumming for all my plumbing needs they are great.

Called for frozen pipes and they were out early next morning. Very professional and quick with reasonable prices, would very strongly reccomend.

I was woken up this morning to my wife yelling that there was water in the bathroom downstairs. After some investigating, I determined that I had a clog between my house and the street. I called 3 other plumbers and nobody was available until tomorrow. Roto-Rooter was the 4th place I called. They could have a plumber to my house in 2 hours. I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to the plumbers arrival. The plumber, Van, was very professional and was pretty quick! Van was here for no more than 45 minutes and was able to clear the clog. Roto-Rooter then sent out a field supervisor to inspect Van’s work (and to make sure there wasn’t damage from tree roots) by sending a camera down the drain pipe. Based on this experience, I would recommend and call again. Thanks Van!

Sometimes things don’t go as planned and that’s when true character is revealed. I had John Fowler Plumbing out to replace the water line to a hose bib and install a new hose bib. The first attempt didn’t go as planned and when I reached out to Chase, he responded quickly with professionalism and got the job redone to a higher standard than I had expected. Let’s be real...problems will sometimes arise for anyone. What sets businesses apart is when they deal with those problems gracefully, with great customer service, and resolve them. Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they sometimes do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
