Best Sewage Line Problem in Indianapolis IN

I will never use add another plumbing company! These guys have been phenomenal. From the beginning of a disaster in the basement to putting in a fabulous new toilet.

I was charged $750 dollars in labor for a job that took 1.5 hours by a single plumber. I was then charged an additional $200 in parts for 2 valves and a foot of copper pipe. Seems excessive

I would HIGHLY recommend Steve or more than likely anyone that works here. He was extremely professional and informative! I’m not familiar with this industry and water damage is really stressful, but he repaired everything so quick and thoroughly! They are forever me and my families go to for plumbing!

I have used them for three separate jobs in one location. They do good work, always professional, timely and cost efficient.

Completely worthless. Called them for a quote. I was told that I would have it the same day. It’s 6 weeks later and still no word from them.

We called Plumbing Doctors to have them look at a couple of potential issues on our new house. When the technician arrived (which ended up being much earlier than expected which was a pleasant surprise), he went through our potential problems, educating me during the process, and when all was said and done, he ended up disregarding the service fee! These guys are great and we will definitely be using them for any and all future plumbing needs.

We just purchased a home and about a week into living there I noticed water on the basement floor and coming from the drain. I contacted 3 companies who couldn't come out until 2-3 days later. I called Roto-Rooter who was there within an hour. Jeff was so great!! He explained everything that was going on and what needed to be done. He was very respectful and friendly. He even put covers over the equipment wheels when bringing it through my house. Call Roto-Rooter first!!

Phil & Alex were on time and finished the work in a very timely manner. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate their help with a few current plumbing needs and will be calling them again this spring for some outdoor work.
