Best Septic Tank Maintenance in Indianapolis IN

I want to take the time to let your company know how appreciative I was for the field supervisor, Ron W. and his apprentice, coming out to respond to my request for an issue I was having with a sewer smell. I had my system replaced in December 2017 and it’s now September 2018 and he came out and did a test that showed what the problem was and determined that it was due to something that wasn’t done right the first time. He was very informative and prompt with keeping me in the loop on his ETA and acknowledged work that was not done correct the first time around and honored it! I wanted to take the time to write this because as a homeowner that has had a lot of work done by companies, this by far has impressed me and left me with being a very loyal customer for life!!!Update after another service call:I had another service call from Andrew C. In 11/23/18 and received the same customer service going above and beyound the call to help. Gave suggestions and recommendations on other things that were visibly noticeable that he wasn’t even out for and even looked at other things at no additional charge. Amazing customer service and agin I’m a forever customer if Roto-Rooter!!

Met the owner today, I did a preventative maintenance on his rooftop unit. All I can say is if you want a straight shooter who cuts out all the b.s. this is the place for you. Trustworthy looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. Could'nt ask for more outta someone honestly.

Chris came out today and repaired our sink at our office. He was extremely professional and fixed everything we needed!

I had a late night plumbing emergency at a vacation rental house I own. The main sewer line was clogged causing the toilet on the main floor to overflow when someone used the upstairs shower. Scott at Gurney Bush came out at 11pm at night and resolved the issue and also educated us on how to prevent the issue in the future. And the charge for late night emergency service was very reasonable. Best overall plumbing experience in years across all of the properties we own/manage. Would definitely recommend and will use again. A++++++

A+!!! This company is incredible! Anton with Armor Air came out to inspect our main drain line which had become clogged. When he discovered that our clean-out access had issues, he could have easily charged us much more for the time/effort he spent hand-digging to get access and then finally getting the clogs cleared. But he didn't. He stood by the company's standard $79 fee to clear any drain. I was so impressed by Anton's honesty and willingness to try to save me money that I have hired Armor Air to service my furnace and clean all of our ductwork. So very glad my family was blessed when Anton helped us out! Thank you again Armor Air and please let Anton know that he deserves a raise! ?

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. I have counter space and floor space. Thank you so much indywaterheaterpros, I will suggest you to family, friends and, coworkers. And, I have already entered your information in my phones directory.

They came out to unclog a main drain. They were not successful because their cable wasn't long enough. They rescheduled to come out with a bigger machine. But they didn't show and didn't call. When I called, Denice said they were on another job but would come out after that. When they still hadn't come out I called in one more time. That's when Denice told me they wouldn't be able to come that day at all. But no one had bother to let me know until I called. She said they could schedule for the following week. Instead I went with another company that could come out on Saturday. But that company only had a 100 ft cable and that wasn't long enough. So I tried one more time with Curt and Jerry because they confirmed they had a longer cable. I scheduled it for today but told Denice several times that it couldn't be between 2:15 and 3:15 when I had another commitment. That's exactly when service person called to notify that he was on his way. When I told him I couldn't make it then, he asked if my tenant could. I told him I would check and call back. It took all of two minutes to learn that in fact my tenant was home and could meet them. But by the time I called back serviceman said he was already on his way to another job and couldn't do it, but said he'd come over afterwards which should be some time around 3 pm. I called at 3:30, Denice couldn't tell me when they would be over but assured me I was next and they would be over today. I asked if she could check with them to make sure they could make it. She said she couldn't bother them. They never came. When I tried calling around 4:30 - office was already closed. Denice never called to let me know they wouldn't be coming over. Pretty lousy customer service. I'm disappointed because I had used Curt and Jerry before and they did good work. But this was repeatedly poor customer service.

Fast friendly service

I was the neighbor of someone who used Rotor Rooter. They used excavator to dig up the alley between our houses and clipped my gate with their machinery. My gate was placed back in its spot, broken with no notice or explanation. Luckily we found this before our dog started running the neighborhood. Our chain link has seen better days and was also grabbed by the trash man at one point so I get how you might not “care” based on how it already looks. It just seems that if you break something, you should fess up and do the right thing.

how do people even get through to this stupid place, EVERY damn number keeps saying this number is busy
