I woke to a leaking toilet and the valve to shut it off broke as soon as I tried to shut it off and on top of that I could not locate my mail hut off valve. Called and told them my situation and was assured they would send someone as quickly as they could. Alex Arrived quickly since it was an emergency i didnt have an appointment. They dispatched someone as soon as they could. I appreciated that. I received a photo via text of Alex so i knew who to expect. He was quick and professional and told me dont worry. It was done fast and the price was half of what I was expecting to pay. I figured since it was an emergency they were going to charge a fee just to come out like the first people I called who said it would be $89 just to come out. So I was happy everything was a good reasonable price. Thanks again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks Alex!!

Eric was our tech/professional and was fantastic. We decidded to replace our 9 yr old sump pump with a new dual pump battery backup system. It was quick, efficient and painless. Eric answered each question that I had and I had a bunch.Highly recommended!!

I came home on Sunday night to a water leak from my upstairs bathroom. Big Frog came first thing before anymore damage to my ceiling occurred. They were able to stop the leak quickly and educate me on how to prevent this problem in the future. Professional and knowledgeable all around. Will use again.

They're honest and are willing to give a rough quote over the phone when you schedule your appointment so you have an idea of approximately what the repair/installation will cost.
