After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

I recently used Steg Plumbing for a total house fixtures inspection, cleaning, flushing and kitchen sink replacement after a local water softener installation failure by a national high profile, name brand equipment and service provider distributing resin throughout our total water supply) and their service tech was one of the most friendly, professional and deliberate service professionals I've ever encountered. We hired them to run completely redo our outside spigot. It has never been connected since we had the house. They ran pvc, connected it, and replaced outside spigot. They were very professional, friendly, and worked in a timely manner.

My team found a water leak here at our community. I called a different company first, who never gave me an estimate. I called Gordon Plumbing, who sent out someone within 24 hours to check things out. Received a quote right after. Price was reasonable, and the crew who did the work were all business. Water was shut off for a limited time, and the work was done without any issues. I am calling Gordon Plumbing from now on!

We were impressed by everyone associated with Indy Residential from the office to the 3 members of their crew working on various electrical issues, repairing a small leak on an old outdoor gas line and adjusting locks on large sliding windows (in our sunroom). I've recommended them to our neighbors and the new home owner.

Prime was fantastic. Extremely fast responses from requesting a quote to scheduling to doing the job. The job was done extremely fast and with very minimal disturbance to my lawn in the necessary dig area. Phil really knows his business, did the work RIGHT, and was friendly and flexible throughout. Highly recommend Prime Plumbing!!

Guys were friendly but charged more for labor than advertised rates. Showed up at 8:50 was gone by 12:50 and charged $495 for labor. The bill was $5 over the quote but charged the quoted price but it seems like it should have been less seeing as he advertises $125 first hour and $85 hour after. I ended up paying $123.75 an hour. They did good work. I had a question after they left and he did return my call promptly. Would use again but would get clarity on labor cost first.

Called to do a job, guy (Mike) talked about how professional and quality they are. Agreed to do the job and then completely blew the job off. No return phone calls to even say he couldn’t do it. Just left me hanging. I would not recommend this guy at all.
