Best Main/Sewer Lines in Indianapolis IN

I called this morning 10/30/17 for service and within 15 minutes one of their plumbers Quintin Bedwell was on his way to my house. He assessed the issue, explained to me what needed to be done and resolved the issue in a timely manner. The service cost was great. I will use this company again and recommend their services.

They returned to repair an outdoor faucet that was installed seven months ago in October. It was leaking and this was the first I had used it this year. They explained the problem and fixed it with no hassle (or charges). Very pleasant and professional . Will definitely recommend them.

I had a sumo pump failure and about 1-2 inches of standing water in my basement. From the start of the process one of their Technicians, Miguel Campos, was friendly, clear, and quite helpful! Immediately made me feel good about my decision to call Roto. Together we called my insurance filed a claim and he got to work! I’m grateful for their help in this matter, especially since I’m a first time homeowner and it was my first time going through this problem!

We had a slab leak, so we had the slab repiped through the walls and ceiling. The team we worked with at Mr. Plumber did an excellent job. They worked hard to understand what we needed and wanted done. They made sure we were aware of the costs and places where we would need drywall and ceiling repaired after they were finished. The crew that did the work called before they came each time, and cleaned up after they were finished. We were pleased with the results and would recommend Mr. Plumber if you find yourself needing similar work done.

Travis was excellent in explaining what he was doing. Very polite and professional not only with me but with the building occupants. Did a great job of keeping mess to a minimum and cleaned very thing up on completion of the job.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days. I bought a house and a condition of the sale was to have the house connected to city sewage. The seller and Wilson Septic came to an agreement. I would have been more meticulous with the details but there are some things that should be common sense. For example, it makes NO SENSE for a company to agree to cut out a section of a driveway required to get to the garage and NOT replace the concrete. It doesn't make sense to take out a fence and NOT put it back. It doesn't make sense for a company to leave its trash in the pile of dirt in a yard the company knows children will be playing in. These are just a few of the things.

One of the Wilson brothers visited the house before work began. I discussed with him the concrete driveway issue and he agreed the concrete should be taken care of and it was. For that reason ALONE I have them over a month to make things right. 2 stars. They failed to do so.

I am indescribably disappointed in the work provided. Currently I have a giant mound consisting of white rock Wilson brought in (no, it wasn't there before), trash, bricks, concrete chunks Wilson broke apart, and old septic piping. My fence was not just taken down but was destroyed by Wilson Septic Service and hasn't been put back up. Concrete blocks lay strewn in my yard where the Bobcat operator repeatedly drove up and down the edge of my driveway damaging the concrete. Their concrete truck damaged the asphalt section of my driveway and despite one employee on site stating it would be cut and replaced it still remains damaged. I had to clean up multiple oil leaks from the company's vehicles.

The work was performed in June. The last time I spoke with an employee of Wilson as on 15 June when the aforementioned assurance on the asphalt was discussed. I have called multiple times, left messages, and no one...absolutely NO ONE, has returned my calls.

I've read some reviews on here and I'm happy for those with positive experiences. I have no personal knowledge or experience in how they are at pumping septic tanks or regularly scheduled maintenance. But for the job they were hired to do here, the experience was beyond unacceptable and by far I would not recommend them. I would, in fact, highly discourage anyone from contacting their services.
