The installers were on time and done way sooner than I anticipated. Which was a great thing! The price was reasonable and less than what Lowes wanted to charge me.

We had a great experience and are so happy with our new softener and reverse osmosis system! Kevin did a great job understanding exactly what we wanted and needed and a few days later, Brian and Chuck installed it all in just a few short hours. Everyone was so personable and answered all of our questions and we couldn’t be happier!We’ve trusted the HVAC side of the company for years and are happy to have received the same excellent service on the plumbing side now too!

I scheduled appt to have furnace replaced.....Salesman was very informative and stressed service......I ordered and was told could install quickly......After 5 days with no call back or e-mail called company.My wife talked to very courteous lady..She said was sorry and would check on it....Now here is where SERVICE left for the day..Manager told lady he had no record and that was it....No let me talk to customer and see if I can help.....This is how to loose customers!!!!! Update after posting this review the owner of company James called and apologized for the mix up and offered to make things right.....He offered to adjust price which I was not expecting.....This is what true SERVICE is all about

QPH is a very professional and cooperative company. I work an internet service provider as the maintenance/custodian and it’s my responsibility to schedule maintenance and repairs of the office amenities. I have work with QPH for a short time but each time they are very polite, experienced, and highly efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone for their plumbing or HVAC needs.

Kevin and Jake were awesome. Spent multiple hours at my house working through each system until they found the issue. Good pricing and great service. Will definitely use them in the future.

I had one gentleman who came to give me my quote, and then he and another employee came to do the work for me. I was so happy from beginning to end! The explanation that he gave me for all of the work being done was thorough, and presented in a way that was clear to me. They came back to do the work in a very specific time window that I requested and worked quickly until it was complete. They came upon a separate issue while working, and took care of that after asking me if it was ok. I was highly impressed with the efficiency and professionalism shown by these two individuals. I would definitely use them again!

I got an initial inspection the morning after my call and a new water heater in by the afternoon. They were very quick and the technicians were very kind and cleaned the area up more than it was when they arrived.
