poor customer service, called with emergency waterheater leaking and no hot water with a unit still undet warenty and was told that becasue of hoilday weekend they don't install water heaters and go three days without hotwater.

Our new nest was replaced by a Honeywell thermostat when my tenants called the technician to check on the hot air flow. Nest was 3 months old in the house and mostly had a wiring issue which could have been fixed in other ways is what I felt. The attached image was the error on the nest and the next thing I know is I am being charged $407 for the new thermostat installation saying the nest is not working!! Since it was during the winters I did not want my tenants suffer and I was also not present at the location, paid the bill. Technician was Lance Estes I think and not happy with the service.

Update: now the same issue is happening in the house where cold air is not blown. Waiting on armor air’s diagnosis after the visit. The technician this time told that it’s not the thermostat issue(armor air’s installed thermostat)

Brad was very nice and went up and above to make sure our problem was fixed. It was more than the toilet and he put us in connection with the right people to fix the problem. Highly recommend Carter’s My Plumber. We wasted money before this on another plumber that quickly did what he said fixed the problem and then didn’t return our call when it was not fixed.

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious.
