Called for an A/C check on 5/10. Initial service call was good. Tech showed up around 8pm and determined fan motor on condenser was bad. Told me he would check with supply house first thing in the morning when they opened at 8. Quoted $425(just labor) if under warranty and $1025 if not under warranty. $600 for $115 fan motor is quite a mark up. So anyways, never heard anything from anyone next morning and called at 11:30. Office said tech didn’t have any notes and she would check with him. I called back at 1:30 and they were waiting to hear back if supply house had motor in stock. Called back again at 3:30 and we’re told we would receive a call once they had the fan motor. Guess what? That has now been 16 days ago and have not heard a word since our last contact to Armor Air. Called another company and in a total of literally 10 minutes I explained the situation, they called their supplier, and returned a phone call to me letting me know they can get the fan motor. Quoted me $275.00 to replace the fan motor which was under warranty. Very poor communication from Armor Air. I wouldn’t trust their follow up or pricing at this point.

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. I have counter space and floor space. Thank you so much indywaterheaterpros, I will suggest you to family, friends and, coworkers. I've used them now three times on two properties and have been very pleased.

They answer the phone. They provide a precise two hour window they will be there. They always have quick availability. They always call at least 30 minute in advance of being there. Their people are always friendly, professional, and expedient. The billing is very reasonable. They do not try to upsale or mislead me.

In other words, they are the complete opposite and superior to peterman brothers who I quit using last year.

We had the pleasure of working with Sam of P&K on a stubborn plumbing issue. Sam was punctual, professional and courteous and quickly identified and resolved the issue. We will be using P&K again for our family's plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

A cold shower surprise prompted a blind search for a water heater pro and Gary responded immediately, showed up soon after and walked us through all the choices with straight talk about pros and cons for our situation ,aspiring to high end but budget conscious. His crew showed up next day as promised and did a beautiful install and cleanup with no oops/ extras, and some helpful care advice for getting stretching its life past the warranty. Absolutely recommend this long-time family-owned and staffed business Just had a great hot shower and feeling good about it costing half as much as our one other quote as well. An easy 5-star!
