Best Hot Water Heater Repair in Indianapolis IN

I called 2 professional plumbers, and two professional maintenance guys with years of experience. The first plumbers were trying to get me to install a new clean out access line that wasn’t necessary. The second plumber wanted almost twice the fee for hydro jetting. I had no idea of the cost. According to Google the average cost for hydrating in the Marion county area, is $350-750. Carters price was more than the prices I saw on Google but way less than the second plumber who offered financing. I would have went with them if the 12 months zero percent interest that i was supposed to be getting with them, had actually been noted in the contract. So two highly advertised plumbers in the area have deceptive ads and skeptical practices. Thanks Carters for not trying to take advantage of an elderly person!

This is my first time using Acme. Dave came out and repaired a gas line. He was very personal and explained what he would be doing. Great communication! I highly recommend!!

Very speedy and professional service. Sean and Gary from Carters came out to unclog a drain for me.When they were here, I asked for a quote on several other items. They were low pressure and knowledgeable. They Quoted me to replace my main shut off valve and it was very reasonable. Brandon came out that same day and replaced it!They all wore masks and were very polite. I will use them for all my plumbing needs now that I’ve found someone reliable and honest.

Bill said he could come the next day, and he did. He took out water heater, took it to Lowes, got a new one, installed it, had to make a trip for hardware since the old one wouldn't drain, and replaced a leaky pipe and put in a new valve. He checked all of the faucets in the house to make sure they all worked. He also swept up the mess before he left. I was VERY pleased with his work, very professional but personable, and the young man who came to help was just as polite and pleasant. I highly recommend!

Repaired shutoff valves and replaced hose bib. Kevin was honest, explained issues in detail, and checked water pressure to see if we needed a regulator. This is after a different company said we needed one without checking anything and trying to up sale “fixes” we didn’t need. Will definitely use this company for future plumbing needs.

They were called out to get the water heater started. They told me that it needed parts that would be $600, or a new one would be $1300. Hmmm, a day later my brother came over, went to Ace Hardware, bought a $10 piece and fixed it. You should be ashamed of yourself for not even trying to fix it. Total disrespect for a company that works that way.

My old house has frequently had plumbing issues. Steve with Winters Plumbing is always the one I call. I can alway expect excellent service. His knowledge and quality workmanship is the best for me!
