We only have 1 bathroom in our house, so having a toilet down is a major inconvenience. They were able to come out within an hour or two of calling.....no more sleeping at my parents' house and no more rust periodically coming out of our faucets. Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. I called this place on a Wednesday evening for a slight emergency. We shut the water off to replace a hose spigot and ended up with a broken pipe. Since we couldn’t turn the water back on until getting that fixed it turned into a bit of an emergency. They told me they’d be there between 10-12pm the next day. The plumber arrived before 11am and was done before noon. The entire process was seamless, very knowledgeable and professional and even reasonably priced in my opinion. I even learned new things in the process. I would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you!

We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Larry and Alex were great. Came in jumped right to work took care of the repair. Clean up was like no one had even been there. Thanks for having a great staff.
