Still haven't fixed my problem still draining into my yard

After dealing with a national big box plumbing chain last week, I contacted Hamm & Sons, Inc. Ended up being an A+ service from the office personnel that contacted me to let me know when the plumber was on his way to the work that was performed. The plumber, Ryan, was very courteous with answering our many questions and ensuring that he wore boot covers to keep the floor clean. The price is right in line with the industry, and they were quick with the work, which is good for the consumer. Will definitely be using this company again for our future plumbing needs.

Very good service. Even they couldn't solve the problem the first time, they arranged to get it done next day with no extra charge. Anton, the technician, was well mannered and professional and seems to enjoy his job.

Danny installed a new water heater in our home. He arrived when expected, removed our old water heater and installed the new one. He noticed a gap between the vent pipe and the wall and alerted me to safety concerns. He made the necessary repairs. He reviewed temperature settings and maintenance recommendations upon completion of the installation. Danny was courteous and worked expeditiously and with respect for our home and budget.

Later in the week, Danny completed a series of plumbing needs. One request was to install a new faucet in one of our bathrooms; he called me at work and explained that while he was happy to install the fixture I had purchased, it was not as good as the existing one. He was aware that this was a cosmetic request and not a necessary replacement so he wanted to make sure that I understood that the new faucet would not be as durable as what was already there. I appreciated his alerting me to this and I decided to leave the current fixture in place.

Danny has been very mindful of our budget and very clear about costs, reviewing his thoughts/plans on the appropriate course of action for the various projects we contracted him to do. It has been a pleasure to work with Danny and we will continue to call him as additional plumbing needs occur.

So I would like to update my review after posting the initial review below where I gave a 1 star rating we received a phone call from carters plumbing promising to get someone out that day. So they did honor their intial appointment.I am happy to say they sent Jason out. He did an excellent job with what he could do day one. Since we decided to have them install the shower base and new water lines. Jason needed to get supplies and come back next day to complete work also showing up day two was Brandon O. Both young men where professional,friendly and very knowledgeable. While my experience intial was not the best. I am very happy with the work Jason and Brandon O did and would recommend for any of your plumbing needs. I also want to thank carter plumbing for turning the situation around and getting our plumbing needs addressed.My intial post 1 starI sent an online request asking for a plumber initially did not get a response so I called their number got a women who scheduled us for 3-5 on Monday. I was initially impressed how quick they got us on schedule then a couple hours later a received an email back on my initial online request saying they could come out Monday 1-3 even better. Then on Monday 8:30 AM we get a call telling us we are too far from Greenwood. The women says I know no one told you,but we will charge a $70 fee to come out. But then said I can recommend another company. So obviously they really did not want our business. Ive heard a lot of good things about this company. Reliability, great customer service. Obviously not the experience I am having because when your team makes a scheduling appointment you need to be prepared to honor your appointment and deal with the error on your staffs part internally. That is providing a reliable customer experience. Now our project is delayed at least another two days. Very disappointed that what I thought would be excellent service has turned into a bad experience.

Indywaterheaterpros, removed my old water heater and installed my new water heater. He made sure that I received hot water in all faucets. He made sure that there was water pressure.
He returned today (two days later) and worked on my garbage disposal (wiring), it was installed but, never had any juice. I also had a brand new OTR microwave still in it's original box. It had sat on the kitchen floor, for two years. It is finally out of its box and installed. My garbage disposal works, allowing water to go down the drain. I've been making sure no water or food was poured or placed in the sink that, the disposal was on. My new microwave works (I popped popcorn). I am so excited and happy with the work provided. I have counter space and floor space. Thank you so much indywaterheaterpros, I will suggest you to family, friends and, coworkers. And, I have already entered your information in my phones directory.

Very professional and knowledgeable plumber!

I have called a list of different plumbers in the Indy area and the experts at P&K are consistently the most reliable and trustworthy. I had a shower issue that two different plumbers told me would cost into four figures. Then, Danny from P&K tried a quick fix that worked perfectly and cost way less. They're not out to bill you as much as they can, and will work with you for an affordable solution.

Great Service, Quick and to the point. They had my Main Line unclogged in less than 30 mins after two other plumbing company's failed to do so.. They did excellent work as well as being very professional and informative.

Stated they could put a 3 handle shower but when arrived stated they could not do the 3 handle then charged me a service call fee

They were excellent to work with!! We had then remove a tank water heater and install and tankless water heater and have absolutely no regrets using them!!! They were here when they said they would be, very straight forward, very well priced and professional! Would use them again if I ever need to!!!!
