Gary was professional and provided good info to my wife regarding options for repair or replacement of our townhouse A/C unit. I would have liked to see more detail on the quote for the replacement, indicating seer rating/efficiency of proposed new unit, equipment costs versus labor. Overall satisfied with the service call. The service man David. was irate that I called him back within two minutes of him calling and ewanted to schedule another time. Then when I got him to come anyway, he spent less than 30 min. to diagnose the problem and say that we needed a new compressor and a new heat pump ($3900). However, second opinion from Seth at CHAPMAN: COMPRESSOR RUNS JUST FINE. COOLING MY HOUSE AT THIS VERY MOMENT. Seth had to replace starter and capacitor...<$800 will two future maintenance apts in that total. WILLIAM obviously willing to replace before repair for their own convenience and profit. This is unethical and should be ( and probably is) illegal...Thank you Chapman. William's, happy to discuss refund only pre-paid maintenance with you...

The service tech - Gage was amazing!!! He was very thorough on the AC systems we have - he explained all planned services + showed the AC unit cleaning issues + gave a detailed overview of “potential” service repairs/costs . He was not trying to do a hard sell on future parts/services. I’d recommend him and Peterman Co to family and friends. I’d like to get Gage out for the fall service too!

We use Williams Comfort Air for our geothermal unit, and since we've owned our house (about a year and a half now) they've done two inspections, per the warranty. They also just replaced the compressor last night after our AC went out. Brian was really helpful and nice, despite the fact that he'd been working all day and it was past 9:30 at night. We feel good about using them in the future since we've had only good experiences with them so far.
