Updated June 27, 2018JB came out today to replace my water heater. Explained the problem, the job and gave a firm quote. Very thoughtful about making sure things were out of the way as they moved out and in a new 75 gallon tank. Cleaned everything up and worked quickly.Update July 31, 2017Quintin Bedwell came out today to replace a bad outdoor spigot. Came in, gave us a solid quote and did the work professionally and completely. Also pointed out some other areas of concern for us to consider. He's been out twice now and always makes a point to carefully walk through my options. Great service!I have used Hope Plumbing for several jobs from big to small. I have always been satisfied with their work and their price. They gained my loyalty on their very first call when I needed to stop a dripping shower in my 70 year old home. Two other companies quoted me in the thousands as they believed they would have to rip out the wall and replace pipes, etc. The Hope Plumbing guys took 1 look and told me they could repack each handle to stop the dripping. Total cost under $200.I know they're ethical and smart. They are my go to plumbers.

John L has been on my calls more than once. Always pleasant and professional. Fixed the problem today and quoted me on the major fix. I am very happy with his service.

Do not recommend this company. A plumber was sent by Home Warranty due to seized pipe in our bathroom. As he could not clean the pipe (60 year old rusted galvanized pipe which needs replaced) he figured that he'd tell my warranty company that it was an improper installation, on a 60 year old house! He then asked for $300 out of pocket to replace the pipe. Coverage was denied to me because what he told the warranty company. This was more than two months ago. Since then I had three other plumbers come out, all reputable companies, and all said it was not an improper installation. Two months of going back and forth with my warranty company and they will now cover the replacement. I called LD Smith and asked that John call me back- he never did. He caused my family a ton of inconvenience with our sink not fixed for over two months now, made my warranty company deny us coverage, and tried to get $300 out of my pocket on the spot. Just awful.

1.what company will design this kind of faucet?
2. steg, you are not the designer/manufacturer of the faucet, how you can say that issue is the design of the product.
I would say it is a defective product or your poor installation.

We have been using this company for 5 years. Brandon put in a nice new water heater for us and had to move a gas pipe in order to do that which he knew exactly what to do. That was 5 years ago. Since then we have used this company for other repairs. Outside water spicket broke that was repaired. Our toilet seal broke and he not only fixed it but told us how to clean the mold under the house that developed from all the water leaking. He advised us on how to clean and dry the wet areas. He also advised us what to do when an appliance shorted out and how that needed dealt with. This is an amazing plumbing company and we trust them which is so important these days.
