We had to have a sump pump insert dug in our basement and we had two great guys Todd and Brandon with great workmanship. The company stood behind their word on price even though the floor was three times as thick as most floors. Todd and Brandon arrived ahead of schedule both days. Bill and his son are extremely professional. My water heater went out, I found his business on Google being I already received a quote & his won me over immediately. He provided his expert recommendation for a replacement, picked it up, installed it, removed the old one and was so quick. He even tested for gas leaks and made carbon monoxide detector recommendations for before leaving. Shop small, I highly recommend his services. I now have a plumber for life, super grateful being a first time home owner! Thank you for everything.

I called at 8:30am. The receptionist said they would be able to come between 1 and 5 the same day! She called back about a hour later and said there was a cancellation and I would be moved forward. The plumber, Travis, was very knowledgeable and found the leak quickly. He was able to find the leak, replace faulty part, and clean up in less than a hour and half. Reasonably priced.

I had a leaking pipe from the toilet that was down in the crawl space. I called today and explained the situation, and was told they could come out and fix it. We had another company install a tankless water heater about 6 weeks earlier. It was working great. The Saturday before Easter, there was no hot water and when we looked at the unit itself, it had no power. We checked breakers, oulet, etc. and everything was showing good. I started calling around different companies who advertised 24/7 service but yet none of them had anyone on-call for the entire weekend. They told me that the 24/7 just meant that they answered the phone 24/7. Uh huh!! They all wanted to come first thing on Monday and I told each of them NO! I finally reached Gary at Mr. Waterheater and they do actually have an on-call 24/7. Gary was great and had Josh set up to come out which he was there inside of 2 hours after my call. After taking his time and checking everything out, he put his hand behind the on-off switch inside the panel and it flickered. Long story short, the factory had not installed one of the wires all the way and it came loose. Great job by all!! Would absolutely use them again without question. They couldn't be any nicer and they were extermely thorough and competent.

Stated they could put a 3 handle shower but when arrived stated they could not do the 3 handle then charged me a service call fee
